Ghazi is our notary and a real professional with his worldwide shipping, packing, printing, and mail services. I believe there's a lot more stuff going on there that I haven't even discovered yet. read more

Always a great experience for Amazon returns. Staff is friendly and efficient - I'm always in and out quickly.

The nicest fastest UPS store ever!! They're so nice and so fast I'm always in and out

Fairly quick, Work gets done, Hassle free. Went here to ship some returning items, took me less than 10mins. Convenient location too.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager is especially kind, supportive, and always willing to help. Today, I didn't have a box to ship my item, but he went out of his way to help me and make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their great customer service. Maryam read more

$3 cash or $5 card to tape a box or print a paper is insane. You can buy a pack of 6 packing tape for $10 on amazon

Rip off! $3 ea to make a copy of a black & white email. Than laughed at me when I rephrased what I wanted being sure I was misunderstood. No problem. Drove to my usual UPS location up the street & paid .75 a copy & was greeted & helped with excellent customer service. No brainer where I'm going for future needs. read more

This review is for store7469@theupsstorem.com, located at 20117 Sherman Way in Winnetka, CA. This location happens to be the nearest UPS Store near me. I have been coming here for many years since living in Winnetka. The staff are really nice and very accommodating and efficient. The store is neat and organized. This is where I pack and ship packages, as well as drop off any Amazon packages. The owner is friendly as well as all the staff. I recommend this store. read more

This UPS Store is always reliable for both printing and shipping. I walked in needing documents printed and a package sent out, and the staff took care of everything right away. The prints were high quality, they helped me choose the best shipping option, and they had me finished in minutes. Friendly employees, clean store, and efficient service every time. Lots of parking too. read more

Only UPS store I go to. The owner is always so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every single time I come in. He remembers people, offers solutions, and makes everything quick and easy. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and the community. I drive past other locations just to come to this one. read more

Only ever one employee working. Long lines to return amazon items. The UPS on saticoy and winnetka far more efficient. They don't skimp out on paying employees. Also they charge for taping your package. read more

Please save yourself the headache and stress from dropping packages at this location. The own himself unfortunately was the individual working today whom does not understand customer service or efficient service! I run a business which requires our packages to be shipped daily and he is the ONLY UPS we have ever had issues with. Absolutely rude and unacceptable customer service! Store was completely unorganized, and customers standing waiting for him to assist them. Be aware!! read more

This UPS store is my go to !! Employees are very friendly and efficient. Ghazi great manager! read more

Fast and excellent service. The owner is really nice and friendly. Absolutely my go to UPS store.

Every time I visit this UPS store, I run into an issue with their excessive fees for minor things. Today, I brought in a few Amazon returns, and they tried to charge me $2 for just 6 inches of tape to seal one of my boxes. (The other two did not require taping). What's frustrating is that Amazon already pays UPS stores for each return they process, which should more than cover minor costs like tape. Charging customers extra for something so trivial is unnecessary and greedy. The UPS store just a few blocks away provides much better service and doesn't nickel-and-dime its customers like this. Consistency and customer service matter. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

+1 for the patient and clear staff member who helped me, but definitely won't be returning for a few reasons: 1. No shipping to PO Boxes here... (Maybe a UPS policy? Why though...) 2. The slowest and cheapest option to ship 3-5 ounces here was quoted for $20. Faxing wasn't any cheaper either. I went to my local US Post Office, and I spent maybe $4. This alone is quite laughable... a 400% upcharge? 3. They don't sell individual stamps here, so be careful if you want to mail... They only sells stamps by book, and even if you can stamp it, they won't ship to PO Boxes... read more

I had some notary services taken care of and the process was very smooth, professional, and inexpensive.

I went for printing documents from my email he charged me for using 15 minutes computer. When I asked what do you mean. I didn't use computer he replied I did. It doesn't a matter who used computer. Nothing is free. Very rude. They steal from people who don't pay attention. It's a shame for ups to keep this location open to rob innocent people. Very disappointing read more

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. That girl Sara who works at the front desk was extremely rude & bitter. Almost every time I've walked into this business I hope to see a different face or be helped by someone else but it's always her. I usually go down to a different UPS store a little further down the street, but today decided I'd try this one. I know all UPS stores are franchises, so everything's different- but I've been shipping out at stores for the last 3 years. I know insurance costs money, 2.50 PER 100 dollars and she kept denying the fact that insurance doesn't cost money? So is it free? She had a bad attitude and kept rolling her eyes and was clearly annoyed. I get customer service is annoying but get another job if you're so unhappy and bitter about this one. Not coming back read more

I recently had to send a fax ( I felt super old school) and came to this UPS store. They have only been open about a year and I enjoy coming to this location because there is plenty of parking! The inside is really clean and the staff is very helpful! I also have come here a few times to return some things to Amazon. They have a lot of different things you can do here which makes it s great one stop shop. They also have all your boxes and other packaging available for service. I never feel rushed when I come here and they are always helpful. Even though this location isn't the closest one to my home, I prefer coming here. read more

Clean and always cool inside--I like that One of the few UPS locations that's open late / 7 days a week. I mainly use UPS for returns by QR-code and this store in particular has a friendly staff that never give me lip or attitude unlike other UPS locations in the area. Shoutout to the affable store owner. read more

The worst. I am usually a kind reviewer and rarely leave something negative, but this experience left me fuming. I came in just before closing on Saturday. 1. Were so rude about an item I tried to return without a box. I didn't know it needed a box, but their attitude was horrible. Dismissive and condescending--and I'm nearly certain it was the man who runs the business. 2. They told me their registers closed before it was closing time, and the doors were still open. When I said that I came in before closing time they told me--well now you need to come back on Monday to return the other item, so do the rest then. HELL NO I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I hope to God people find other offices to use for shipping packages, I will actively go out of my way to avoid bringing any money to these folks. Very sad, terrible business manners. read more

Every time I have come in, the experience has been great. Just opened and I was excited to have this by my house, I went in today to return some Amazon items and the owner himself insisted that I needed a box, o told him the order didn't and he turned me away. After contacting Amazon support they informed me no box is needed with order. You guys just lost a customer. I'll just go to the one down the street where they actually try to help out a customer read more

4 pages of print cost me $4. I find that ridiculous. She didnt even tell me it would cost me that. I would of driven home to get the pages printed. Gas is cheaper than that. AGAIN, let me clarify... i wasnt told the price until after i emailed what needed to be printed and it was already printed. read more

Prompt service. Friendly and very helpful staff. My package is always safe with them, never had an issue.

Firstly, I use both stores that the owner has and love them both. All employees including the owner have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with their customers. Because I've read another review, I feel it must be said that they must handle hundreds of returns a day, on top of all of their other handlings....They cannot possibly be expected to tape and label every single return for people who don't read their return instructions, or those who choose to ignore their instructions and demand the employees to give them free services. Being behind those people in line is even more annoying! So please appreciate their clean locations, courteous staff and professional services they provide! read more
