I came in to ship something off at 6:20pm 10 minutes before closing. When I walked in the girl was closing the gate with 10 minutes left before closing. When she was helping me out she was very rude and snippity. She tells me that she needs to weigh it which I wasn't sure what she meant because usually people ask me to take place it on the scale. Overall bad experience and made me never want to go to that location. She could use some customer service training. read more

Has UPS suddenly forgotten how to do their job? For some reason they make zero attempt to deliver a package that required signature even though there was someone home the entire time. I actually GO to the office because it says the package is there and of course it's not.... The clerk says no problem it'll be redelivered on Monday. It's now 2:33 pm and I got a notification that they DID NOT reattempt the delivery and just left it in the office. The issue is that it was to be delivered on 5/3 and at no point during these next 3 days was I able to obtain my package because it sat in the driver's truck all weekend. Then when I place a request for redelivery by phone I get some international call support team who can't give me any answer m so now I either have to show up a SECOND TIME to their office to pick up my package OR wait 2 more days for them to redeliver it to my house. Way to go, UPS. read more

Candy (owner) signed out for my package and when I got here. It was not there. Her story was the driver said there is 2 package missing in the list. She went ahead and signed out for them. I received an email confirmation s saying it was ready for pick up. I came in to the store and their response was "sorry sir, the package says it's here but it's not here". So where is it?! By UPS customer service guarantee, they said it will be in this HUB. Candy's excuse was she receives bulks of packages and she can't see exactly what's in it. So she signs out out on them regardless if it's there or not. WHAT?! So got more info after waiting in the store for the package to come in and eventually UPS said it's in route to return to sender. Why in the hell did they do this?! Candy says she's been doing this for 20 years and she's been signing out in packages without verifying what's in her possession. I don't think she should continue to maintain this business if she does this kind of mismanagement of products. I will be contact corporate regarding her handling of the situation and will update. Edit Response: I never asked for this item to be returned back the sender. I have asked your UPS customer service to resend it back to my address but instead it was still delivered to your UPS HUB store. Which they signed for the product being in their possession. With the email screen shot it says it was signed and is ready to be picked up. So now the package is going back to where it originated. How come you guys didn't fix this issue. I want to start by saying the workers were nice and tried, but my overall experience was TERRIBLE!!! I needed to print a copy of my kid's school project on glossy paper. I normally go to Staples or Office Depot, but the UPS store was closer and on my way to his school. I was in somewhat of a rush, since I was on my lunch break and my kid needed this before his class ended. I waited in line and I was told to email the pdf file to them. I sent the email and got an auto-reply at 1:25pm. They tried to print the file, but their printer was having issues. They tried different things; they reset the printer, they used different paper and different paper trays, and so on. During this process, the worker said this has happened before and they need to call a repair tech. By the time they got it to print it was almost 2pm. And to top it off, the print was smudged, but the worker told me it's the best I can expect since it's glossy paper. After waiting for over half an hour and getting a bad print, they actually charged me. I was highly disappointed, but I was already late and had no other option but to pay and rush to my kid's school. It's not much money, but they would have had an understanding and returning customer had they just apologized for the hassle and told me the copy was free. Needless to say, I will never return and I recommend anyone needing copy/print services to go elsewhere. read more

I was a bit confused on instructions from the USDA website but I printed out the instructions and the employee at this location was extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do for a quick and easy process! This place used to be good but it seems the service has deteriorated badly. I dropped off a package for shipping last Friday 1/3/20 at around 1pm, and now it's Tuesday 1/7/20, it hasn't been shipped. They just created the label and that's it. What a joke!! 1/8/20 update: I was told by UPS that this shipment can not be located and that they started the investigation, very irresponsible!! 1/11/20: Status as of today says it is still under investigation. The store owner responded that drivers don't scan when they pick up for ground packages? If that is true, UPS system is very scary, there seems no accountability. The item shipped was a car key with house keys, and now the receiver can't use the car! I will never use UPS again. 1/14/20: Still no update. Store said they will pay only $100 as I didn't buy insurance. For the price of car key and re-keying the house locks for safety, $100? Ridiculous! I hope this doesn't happen to others. 1/18/20: I went to this store today, and they confirmed the package I shipped was lost. The staff I was speaking to seem to give me the smirk instead of empathy. This store keeps saying that they are a franchise and denies responsibility. To me they are UPS (franchise or not), I shipped it through them, they lost it, and they should be accountable. I was on the phone while she initially engaged with him and rudely cut him short mid sentence and walked away to have someone else finish the transaction. Recently I needed to ship some phones back to VZ and the store recommended to get insurance so I did in the amount of the phones, glad I did! Phone showed up damaged and boy it was a bear trying to work with UPS Capitial.
