They relocated without updating their location listings and refused to refund me for printing I pre-paid for. The owner was quite rude and short with me instead. Not a trustworthy or ethical business. When I submitted and paid for my order, their listings online put them in Woodland Hills and their website was even discountprintingwoodlandhills.com. When I went to their listed address, they weren't located there (as another reviewer also found out). It turned out they weren't even in Woodland Hills anymore. You'd think they'd just refund me for my small printing order since their business was gone, but they rudely refused. If you use them, make sure not to pre-pay. read more

Took time out of my day to come to discount printing because I looked at the reviews and thought well maybe he's pretty good. He's full of baloney!!! Told me, he call me back after a visit in his store and would give me a quote in 10 minutes, ok never heard from call the second time he picked up the phone oh yeah sorry sorry call you back in 10 minutes- "never called back. This is not the kind a printer I want doing any of my work. When I asked for full bleed, color, double-sided flyers, he exceeded my expectations. He had them ready for pickup the following day and the price couldn't be beat! Let me begin by saying I am a film student taking a photo class at CSUN. My assignment requires me to print black and white photographs from a digital camera.
