I used to use them for all my stage plays. I don't know what the problem is but I'm done. I will never use them again. So unprofessional. I'm still leaving messages now. She claims she's going to refund my money but gave no date. The only way I got them to respond was to do a video and post it on Facebook. If anyone ever decides to use this company. Good luck but do not pay them anything or give them a small deposit and don't give another penny until you pick up your merchandise. I had to report this company to cashapp, Better Business Bureau, Yelp and now I have to file paperwork to take them to court. It's really sad that a business could be so unprofessional. Instead of returning calls, they hide because they spent your money. $395.00 gone. I just want my money so I could move forward.
