Jose was really helpful and patient The two downsides of FedEx for me are that they don't save shipping address information which means that every single time I go in there we have to retype my information where as UPS has that saved in their system. As well, their system can only process five items at a time which meant I had to do for transactions, which just takes longer.

The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. But, because their system glitched and wouldn't provide a printed receipt, they wouldn't let me take what I paid for twice. I asked for the transactions to be cancelled and "Conrado Gorospe" who identified himself as the "Manager" several times said the charges would fall off automatically but they still tied up my credit. When I asked "Conrado" if he was the store manager, he repeated told me "Yes" only to find out he is the "Assistant Store Manager". I found two of the products at the local competitor whose name rhymes with Maples at a substantial discount and they didn't have an issue with their check-out registers. Maples is it moving forward.
