I stopped into this print shop last minute before a meeting the paperwork printed and they were super quick and gracious with my request. All I had to do was email them the file they offered to print it in black-and-white or color, and the pricing was very reasonable. The vibe inside was great! I had a quick chat with a couple of the staff while waiting and they were really friendly. They also do a ton of other print work and screen printing, which is good to know. Parking was easy too. Even though I don't live super close, I'd definitely come back here over one of the big-name print places. They actually confirmed everything looked right before printing, which saved me time and money. Great quality, great service can't recommend them enough! read more

I came in asking to get a quote to have a standee printed. I showed the photo, provided the files but didn't get an estimate. After emailing the information, I was told I would receive a quote by the end of the day. Days go by, I called to follow up and was told that I would get a quote in a half hour. This review is long overdue. My firm is new to the area and I was looking for a place to do copy/scanning for litigation production. Called them ahead of time to ask if they can handle the project - which was copying and collating bank statement. They assured me they could. Boy was I wrong to trust this place with a looming deadline. The project was not ready when promised. I showed up and it was done all wrong without following instructions. They assured me they could fix air by the end of the day - and when I showed up again it was all wrong. As I was helping them fix it - by removing all the blank pages Bc they copied one sided pages to two side - I realized all the copied statements were out of order. If I never looked And trusted this place I would have produced documents in that condition. To top it all they charged me over $300 for copying and scanning wrong. They did refund for the whole project- but I ended up having to fix their mistake by redoing the entire project myself. read more

I recently have had occasion to have a great deal of flyers, tickets, posters and business cards printed. Called around to several businesses (including the big guns like Kinko's and Staples) and practically had to breathe into a paper bag to calm my hyperventilation when I was quoted a price. Stumbled across this little shop quite by accident--as it turns out, a very happy accident. I dealt with a lovely man named George, who absolutely could not be nicer or more professional. When I told him what I needed, he quoted me a price that was approximately HALF of what the other printers were quoting me. Sent him .jpeg files of what I needed in the morning, and that afternoon I had stacks of very professional-looking, high-quality flyers and tickets on glossy paper stock. Oh my gosh, these guys were amazing! Not only did they take me as a walk in, but the helped me reformat my picture to the correct size so that I could get the best print possible! They even saved the new photo file on my flash drive so I have the correctly formatted picture! These guys rock, thank you David! I cannot recommend them enough! I've used Burbank Printing before on a couple little jobs -- letterheads and postcards. My clients were very picky about color matching previously printed materials, and the crew at Burbank printing were very responsive, even encouraging me to overnight proofs to my client in NY to make sure that they could work through her laser printer! So, when I volunteered to chair and design our elementary school's 5th grade yearbook, I knew that I wanted to get a quote from George at Burbank Printing. I got quotes from the school district's print shop, one other local printer, and a printer out in Simi Valley as well. The quote from Burbank Printing were equal to or slightly cheaper than the others' quotes, and I knew their quality would be above and beyond the cheaper places. Sure enough, Burbank Printing welcomed any files I submitted (including 3+ gigs of InDesign files and their links that kept crashing my computer when I attempted to export to PDFs). They had a printed, bound proof ready for me to approve less than 24 hours after I submitted the files. They also gave me a more durable cover option and lovely rounded corners. I approved the proof with a few changes (my mistakes) and they had them ready for me in four business days instead of the quoted 5-6. (They needed to be handed out the last day of school, so they rushed them out for us.) I picked up the books (handily sorted into classrooms!) the afternoon before I needed to hand them out and the quality was gorgeous. The color was consistent, the pictures were sharp, and they managed to print a very color-saturated book without blowing out the flesh tones of the photos. Fast forward to the last day of school. We hand out the books to 120 hormone-crazed 11-year-olds, who set upon them with their grubby paws. Fiasco! Some of the pages at the end fall out. (Burbank Printing had suggested a plastic continuous bind, but I had opted for a wire spire binding.) The spire binding wasn't adjusted super tightly for the grubby paws of 11-year-olds! After a panicked phone call and a quick visit, the guys at Burbank Printing decided there was only one option: pack up their binding equipment and go to school and rebind every one of the books. Within 10 minutes, there were two friendly guys at the school that ripped out all the loose bindings and rebound every one, respectfully and cheerfully. Printers will often offer 2 out of 3: cheap, fast good. On our school's 5th grade yearbook, Burbank Printing delivered cheap, fast, AND good, with absolutely impeccable customer service. I will recommend the school to shift their yearbook printing to them in the future, and they are my first choice for all my print clients. read more

I walked in during the week, spoke to Armando Perez about what I wanted, he told me that he would get back to me by phone in about an hour regarding prices. About a week later I still hadn't heard back so I called and spoke to him, he again stated that my designs are sitting on his desk still and that in one hour he would call me. I never heard back.
