Once they opened my email with my files, I had great quality, 8x10 headshots & pre-cut résumés in-hand in under ten minutes. All I had to do was staple them together (they also provided a stapler :). I couldn't have had an easier, more convenient experience. Thank you!!!

I reached out to different printing companies and My Sign Design offered the most competitive pricing as well as lightening fast turnaround time. They do operate out of two locations, so I ended up having to pick up my order from their Chatsworth location instead of North Hollywood. I didn't mind though since they did offer me a way better price for my print than anyone else nearby, so I felt it was worth the trade off. On top of it being a quality vinyl print, they also made a second one for me at no extra charge as a backup, which was super appreciated! I've installed cut wall vinyl once before and I did in fact need a second one after messing up installation on the first. So I was amazed that they thought of that before I could even ask. Plus they gave me tips on installation and demonstrated how best to position and peel the vinyl. Just overall top notch service! They'll definitely be my go to for any future print orders.

I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. Jose was really helpful and patient The two downsides of FedEx for me are that they don't save shipping address information which means that every single time I go in there we have to retype my information where as UPS has that saved in their system. As well, their system can only process five items at a time which meant I had to do for transactions, which just takes longer.

Right away I asked her if I could use the restroom and she ran to get the key to let me in. Isn't that something? Other people will NOT let you use their restroom. Regardless whether you buy something or not. I needed to laminate a poster that I had, send a big package, buy 8X10 pack of paper, and needed to make a banner of this logo that I liked at a restaurant. Jane and Bertha were just AMAZING in every way. So kind and helpful. I also bought a small bottle of water. They literally have everything, and even a station for people who would like to work on computers, or just simply do some personal work, read, or whatever they are in for. This used to be my go-to FedEx location because it's close to home. I've always had great…read moreexperiences with a deaf gentleman who works there. He is incredibly kind and always does his best to help. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3rd was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I explained that I needed help printing a certificate. The employee, a white male without a name tag, immediately pointed me toward the self-service machines and said, "Self print is that way." I explained that I needed to print a certificate and did not know how to use the machines. I simply asked if he could help me feed the paper. He immediately seemed annoyed and said, "If I have to do it, I have to charge you." Of course I understood that there would be a charge. I came to a business expecting to pay for a service. His tone was completely unnecessary. I also knew they were closing in about 10 minutes, so I understood that they were trying to finish up for the day. However, there were still customers inside, and I only needed to print one certificate. While I was waiting for my retrieval code, he told me that if I did not receive it within two minutes, I would have to come back Monday because they were closed for July 4th. I understood the time constraint, but again, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. When he printed the certificate, it came out much larger than it should have. I explained that I had printed the exact same certificate at another FedEx location and it came out correctly. He told me that adjusting the size would require an additional charge, which I paid without any issue. The next copy then printed in black and white. When I pointed this out, he blamed me and said he had not changed anything. I explained that on the original certificate, which had printed correctly at the other FedEx location, I had only changed a word or two because of a typo. I did not alter the format, sizing, or anything else about the certificate. Despite explaining this, he continued to act as though the printing issues were my fault. After another attempt, the certificate finally printed correctly. I understand that employees can be ready to close, especially before a holiday, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. I was never rude to him, yet from the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance with a service I was willing to pay for. I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but this interaction was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I recommend the FedEx locations in Burbank or Toluca Lake instead. Hopefully management addresses the customer service at this location because the attitude I and many others have experienced was completely unnecessary. Upon reading more reviews I am pretty confident it was the same rude employee at the front desk.

I arranged with David Weinstein to replace the cover with a synthetic material but he found a small piece of beautiful leather and used that at no extra charge.
