I just had to print and ship a package and they were very helpful and efficient. I can see why to some people these workers may come off as rude but in my experience they weren't being actively rude- even when i saw them dealing with a difficult customer. Theyre just a bit monotoned.

He is incredibly kind and always does his best to help. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3rd was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I explained that I needed help printing a certificate. The employee, a white male without a name tag, immediately pointed me toward the self-service machines and said, "Self print is that way." I explained that I needed to print a certificate and did not know how to use the machines. I simply asked if he could help me feed the paper. He immediately seemed annoyed and said, "If I have to do it, I have to charge you." Of course I understood that there would be a charge. I came to a business expecting to pay for a service. His tone was completely unnecessary. I also knew they were closing in about 10 minutes, so I understood that they were trying to finish up for the day. However, there were still customers inside, and I only needed to print one certificate. While I was waiting for my retrieval code, he told me that if I did not receive it within two minutes, I would have to come back Monday because they were closed for July 4th. I understood the time constraint, but again, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. When he printed the certificate, it came out much larger than it should have. I explained that I had printed the exact same certificate at another FedEx location and it came out correctly. He told me that adjusting the size would require an additional charge, which I paid without any issue. The next copy then printed in black and white. When I pointed this out, he blamed me and said he had not changed anything. I explained that on the original certificate, which had printed correctly at the other FedEx location, I had only changed a word or two because of a typo. I did not alter the format, sizing, or anything else about the certificate. Despite explaining this, he continued to act as though the printing issues were my fault. After another attempt, the certificate finally printed correctly. I understand that employees can be ready to close, especially before a holiday, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. I was never rude to him, yet from the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance with a service I was willing to pay for. I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but this interaction was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I recommend the FedEx locations in Burbank or Toluca Lake instead. Hopefully management addresses the customer service at this location because the attitude I and many others have experienced was completely unnecessary. Upon reading more reviews I am pretty confident it was the same rude employee at the front desk.

Was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and truly wanted to help his customers. I needed 100 cards to be printed and boy did he deliver in less than 48 hours!! Prices are different on what you get. For 100 business cards, I only paid $45. He even gave me a 10% discount. The images that are part of our family's legacy were brought back to life with such care and beauty. I loved the work so much that I came back again to have a childhood photo restored for 11 of my aunts and uncles as a birthday gift. What he does is truly artistry. He takes his time, pours his heart and soul into every image, and you can feel how much he genuinely cares about the stories behind the photos. In a world where so much is done quickly with AI, he is one of the rare artists still doing this work with incredible skill, patience, and heart. There is something almost spiritual about walking into this place and trusting someone with your most precious family memories. This will be the only place I trust with our valuable family photos. Our appointment was already in the system, they recognized us right when we arrived, and we were taken in right away. The gentleman handling the TSA PreCheck was outstanding. My mother‑in‑law has circulatory issues that make fingerprinting tricky, but he knew exactly what to do. He used lotion, had her warm and rub her hands, and tried different techniques until her prints showed up clearly. He was patient, kind, and clearly experienced. It made a big difference. While we were there, they also had a great sale going on. I was able to pick up crayons, markers, and other Crayola products at a super low price. Michael at the counter helped me out and even added a 20 percent discount, which was a nice surprise. Overall, fast service, friendly people, and a genuinely helpful team. I received an email from UPS stating that my package had been picked up. Within ONE HOUR of receiving that email, I immediately called this Staples location. I spoke to Peter, who identified himself as the assistant manager. He told me it was a glitch in the system and confirmed that BOTH of my packages were physically still at the store. I very clearly told him that I would be there the next morning (today) with government-issued ID to pick them up. He confirmed this. I repeated it multiple times. Despite that conversation, my packages were STILL released that same night to a random man. I never authorized anyone else to pick up my packages. I never listed an alternate pickup person with UPS. I had TWO separate packages with TWO separate tracking numbers. UPS emails literally say "PLEASE BRING ID." Yet somehow Staples released BOTH of my packages to someone who was not me, not authorized, and not verified. When I came in this morning exactly as I told Peter I would, he told me a gentleman picked them up last night. That makes absolutely no sense. Why would someone pick them up last night AFTER I spoke to you directly and told you I was coming today with ID? No one could answer that. I was then told that Jack was the employee who released my packages. Jack released TWO packages with TWO different tracking numbers to a person I never authorized. That alone is a massive failure of procedure. Releasing one package without ID is bad enough. Releasing two separate packages without authorization is reckless. It gets worse. One male employee was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and gave me attitude while I was trying to understand how my packages were stolen. Peter had to tell him to stop getting involved. Peter then said, "I assumed it was your boyfriend." That is NOT company policy. You do not get to assume anything. Authorization is not based on assumptions. If I never authorized someone on UPS, you do not release my packages to them. Period. I then spoke to Claudia Ayala, the manager on site, who was completely nonchalant, defensive, and uninterested in resolving the issue. She backed up her staff and said there was nothing they could do. She initially REFUSED to give me the names of who was working the night before until I told her I was filing a police report and escalating this to Staples corporate and UPS. Only then did she cooperate. I even pulled up the UPS website in front of her, which clearly outlines FOUR pickup options. Every single option requires government-issued ID and or authorized pickup status. NONE of those procedures were followed here. There was no urgency. No accountability. No validation. No professionalism. These were valuable packages, including company property. This was THEIR error and they treated it like an inconvenience. The bottom line: if you receive an email stating that your package has been dropped off at this location, PICK IT UP IMMEDIATELY. Do not wait. Do not trust them to hold it. They do not know how to follow company policy. This is negligent. This is careless. This is irresponsible. This is unprofessional. This is unacceptable. I have filed a UPS claim, I am filing a police report, and have escalated this to Staples corporate. Do not use this location for UPS pickup unless you are prepared for your packages to be handed to a stranger.
