Julio clearly did not want to help me with my quote. He started off helpful but then just did not even bother getting back to me after he said he would look into paper options. Who knew printing on parchment paper would be oh so difficult to source and quote. I don't get it! So much for trying to support local business. I have since received my order! and Its amazing. Since I've gone full blown bridezilla, I have to thank Fabiola for her patience....and basically EVERYTHING. Since I am trying to "DIY" my wedding invitations I needed a place that will digitally print my invitations within a reasonable cost. I asked my future B-I-L to help come up with a simple and modern design to be included in my invitations to save $$ and then I found Design Printing after emailing over 20 other print shops around my area. They have a few types of cardstock to choose from(not a lot maybe 5)....considering that they are a commercial printing place and not an invitation printing store its expected for them not to have like 50 types of paper. I picked a smooth white cardstock and was happy with it... I needed 4 different sizes for my invitation and EVERYTHING was cut, printed and came out amazing!!!! I emailed her AT THE LEAST 100 times back and forth....and she did not miss a beat. I asked for like 4 different quotes and did a few samples until everything was to my standard and she was still so helpful and patient. I have more print jobs to be done in January and cant wait to work with her again!!!!! Again, they are NOT a wedding print shop so you should have all your designs ready to go and know exactly the size, full bleed or not etc before going to them!. Honestly if I could give this place less than a star I would. I am a patient person but this was ridiculous. I called the company to understand what they do and the receptionist was extremely rude and after every sentence I was (miraculously) able to get in, I got "ok bye". Seriously? How is that customer service? I asked her regarding a project and she kept saying "no we don't do this no we don't do that no this is not possible". Then I called her out on it and said that their website says it is possible so she changed her story and asked a question, when I answered she laughed at me and told me to call back Monday and then again, "ok bye". I will NEVER do business here. I wanted to get a sample of a project I was working on (obviously I would pay any price for it as long as I got the service) and then I was about to order a huge amount of the same item if it turned out the way I want it to.
