The service and their sense of calm throughout was everything we needed to get a large job done in less than 24 hrs. A huge shout out to Mr. Frank who answered that tech line EVERY SINGLE TIME with advice on how to streamline the process. Thank you Frank for taking the extra time to ensure that our programs were ready in time for our early morning flight to Ohio to say farewell to my Uncle. You really helped my family and I a great deal. Best in the business----first class. Thanks again... Other things to note: they have a gazillion templates to choose from. They also have a design program that allows you to personalize your programs exactly how you'd like....not exactly like using MS Word BUT very close. After a few mins it's very easy to get into a groove. You can save as you go, get proofs and take the time you need to complete over several days if need be. I highly recommend.

There was an older African-American woman (possibly in her 80's) who was trying to return an ink cartridge (apparently she'd purchased the wrong one) the cashier wouldn't help her so she asked for a manager. When I I tell you that the manager Lydia treated this older woman like absolute trash in the street . Lydia was yelling, laughing , and totally embarrassing this poor old lady. The way Lydia treated this woman wanted me to step up and defend her but I was afraid that if I stepped in that the situation was going to get way out of hand. Apparently the older woman didn't have the same credit card with her that she had when she purchased the ink, so Lydia said that she couldn't help her. Now true, I don't know Staples policies inside and out but usually in a case like that the customer is offered store credit or cash; Lydia did neither. Again, it was just the way that Lydia spoke to the woman , it was absolutely disgusting . Had that old lady been my mother or grandmother and Lydia spoke to her that way, I swear I would've been arrested. So, after being yelled at for seemed to be 10-15 minutes the poor old lady left without being help in anyway at all. And to make the situation even worse, as she was leaving , Lydia yelled, "thank you, very much and have a nice day". I hope Lydia knows about Karma because the way unnecessarily cruel way she treated that poor woman was absolutely despicable. If these are the types of managers Staples is hiring it won't be long before they join the list of companies going out of business.

There are several template designs to choose from that can still be customized beyond the created build. The website makes it easy to work on the fly and return to your project as frequently as needed. The programs are great quality and make for a lasting memory of your loved one. Since the templates are prebuilt, customer service is accessible as needed, and the paper and print quality are great, I would say that even if the cost is a bit higher than other printers it is worth the extra spend.

They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.
