Her attitude was noticeably dismissive and unhelpful from the start, which already set a negative tone. What really stood out, though, was that she took two personal phone calls while in the middle of helping me. I was left standing there waiting while she finished her conversations, which felt pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. I completely understand that workdays can get stressful, but basic customer service and respect for a customer's time shouldn't slip--especially when you're paying for a service that's supposed to be handled for you.
