So it took me 3 days to get my design ready I'm just that slow but it was the day of when I needed to use these things and I called them at 1:00 in the afternoon spoke to Zola and told them what I wanted which was 25 copies of this four quarters per seat so 100 total and then I wanted them cut for me as well in color she gave me a price I said I'll be there in an hour and a half it happened that easily and everything was perfect. Really psyched. When you think about the time and energy you use not to mention gas going down to Kinko's or some other place where the service is terrible waiting in line they tell you okay yeah go do it on the computer I don't want to do it on the computer I want you to do it okay that it's going to be a week and a half. Sure, everything seems 100% digital and it looks like electric transmission of documents and images will replace things like a "print shop." But did you know that certain government agencies--in 2024--still require a FAX? We see that many businesses are accepting a digital signature, but some still REQUIRE a printed document with a unique hand-written signature or notary stamp. As with many of us, I don't even own a printer anymore. That's where ER Copies comes in. These guys have consistently come through for me over the years when I need a hard copy document for business. They also print color compositions and banners, and, of course, facilitate copying and binding if you need it. And they're super nice, very prompt and knowledgeable. Love this copy shop! They're always quick and do an amazing job. Right now during covid, they're open but only let 1 customer in at a time. Yikes! I'm local to Echo Park and have been using ER Copies for years for my printing needs. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and generally I'm happy to pay a little more than I would at a corporate shop because they are a small business and nice. Today, though, I was charged $2.50 for a single color copy. I have never been charged more than a dollar here for a single copy, and there was no signage indicating the utterly extreme price change. Wtf? I'm okay paying a little more for a local business, but $2.50 for a single copy is absurd - it's like 10 times the cost for the same thing at Office Depot, where I'll go next time. Seriously bummed. read more

BEST business in Los Angeles. These guys are amazing. Every time I've come in to print things here I was in and out within 3 minutes. They are all super friendly and I get the vibe that they are a family-owned business. I'm from the Midwest so I am used to very friendly and quality service from family owned businesses (which can be hard to find here in LA) and these guys bring it. Not only that, the first time I went here I had no cash (its cash only) and they were gracious enough to let me use the honor system where they printed for free and I promised to come back and pay them the next day. They were happy to do it and I really appreciated that (so I happily paid triple the price the following day... which was still only like 4 dollars haha). Bottom line: They have great prices, fast and quality service, and they're all very friendly and helpful. 5/5 I love ER Copies, and you will too! read more

5 Stars for the chiller young dude working here. Laid back, friendly. The rest brings the average down. Not a spot if you're looking for a partner for good work beyond b&w or simple color jobs. I'm guessing they're only after high volume jobs. They've run jobs for me on varied stocks - color stock, 110# cover stock, labels, etc - that I provided before, and to be honest did a great job, but other times got a lot of odd excuses with attitude from the owner as to why he wouldn't run my job from color prints "will use too much toner" to my stock undoubtedly will "cost him $4000 to fix my machine." Was hoping to work with this local biz time and time again, but looks like I can't look to them for any consistency or reliability. read more

First time customer. First impressions - Meticulously organized, small business. When you walk in you can tell everything has its place and the store is cleaned daily. I'm very sensitive to smells and allergens but walking in here was a nice reprise from the outside world. Needed a few black and white pages printed out because we are waiting on ink for our at home printer. This place was quick, easy, close and had parking, such a gem in this neighborhood and I wish I had known about it sooner.
