This review is solely based on faxing services. Two dollars a page feels like highway robbery. I gave one star because they do provide the service. However, with many medical establishments insisting upon communication via fax, price gouging such as this further inhibits people's access to care. read more

I love this place! I had to fax a document to a shady bank (name of financial institution will be withheld) and the bank kept giving me fax numbers that did not work! A truly great find when you need a print or copy shop to do a job quickly and within your budget! Recommended by a family business nearby, my job was a canva created 20 page booklet in color on high-quality paper properly folded and stapled. Everyone I checked with said at least two days. Copycat said the same. I told Eddie that two days exactly would work, but I anticipated being nervous getting it at the deadline. Eddie told me he'll have it in 24 hours! I brought it in the next morning and at 3 o'clock the same afternoon I got a call from him that the job was ready for pick up! The quality exceeded all my expectations and the cost was incredibly reasonable! To top it off, while he was working on it I decided to reproduce 80 photographs in color that also needed trimming. If I'm need of quick printing, CopyCat LA is where I go to in my neighborhood. I've used their services several times within the past few months, and so far they have not disappointed. The process is fairly simple: I will email the files I need printed, and they will contact me when the printing is complete. Picking up the printouts is a cinch, and I've never had a problem with customer service. The turnaround time is also pretty quick, and I've never had trouble getting my printouts during the same day. My home copier was out of ink & the library copier was out of order, but CopyCat came through so I could make some much needed copies. I was also able to send priority mail from there rather than standing in a long line at the Post Office. Customer service was both friendly and very helpful. Quick and friendly customer service!!!! What more can you ask for?! This is truly a one stop shop. I had a book that i wanted to cut off the spine to and have spiral bound. In the past I went to Office Max but when my usual location closed, i wanted to find an alternative. I wasn't usually happy with Staples or Office Max because they didn't have the proper equipment for the job, but CooyCat did. I described what I wanted to the staff memeber and they immediately atarted working on it. 15 mins later I had a finished. i was floored! Usually I have to drop it off and come back but no, she chopped off the apine and went immediately into punching the pages and then binding. The best part is that it cost me $9 for the whole job!!!! They also have mailing boxes you can rent as went as print and copy services. Small but mighty storefront! I would definitely come back to them again! read more

This is exactly the kind of small mom-and-pop business that corporate capitalism loves to kill and that is a crying shame. I decided it's absolutely worth it to avoid buying my own printer from a big box retail store when I can send my print jobs and walk around the corner, pick up my print jobs and have a little chat with the lovely store minders here. It reminds me how automation and mechanization have stripped from us, our social fabric, social and public manners, civility, the need for civilized people to exercise patience, have a walk, and greet a stranger. All are possible when you are negotiating little office jobs. This place also reminds me of what I did when I worked in an office in the early 1990s, binding and printing and collating. I can't recommend this place more highly for their outstanding manners and the fact that it is so convenient to have your paper production work done with great manners and attention here. I had an oddly sized poster I wanted to print. I went to two other places and they both couldn't do it butyl I had to there was give them the thumb drive and they did it very quickly. They didn't have a bag that could fit my poster so the man there made one for me, and in the end it was less than $3! I would recommend. read more

They were more than reasonably priced, super responsive, communicative regarding what I needed, and had it done super quick! Not to mention, the quality was spot on. AND... it gets better: I also had a couple things to ship as well and had emailed them return address and shipping address and they were ready with a label AND a box!
