Umico is awesome! Their service is excellent. Danny, the owner, really cares that you will be happy with your frames so you discuss and pick out the one that feels right. They are a great team and very good at responding to questions and concerns. I was so blown away by all the art that they framed for me! When I showed my friend who works in the art world they were impressed not only by the quality but also the price. Run don't walk here. Danny was great to work with. He was attentive, professional and was able to offer a quick turnaround for my order. My canvas prints were beautiful and he even made sure to use a special one that accommodated the heavy saturation of my images. Small shop - large scale quality. This is not a run of the mill print shop. He would definitely be able to meet the needs of experienced artists and designers. Thank you Emico :) read more

Danny has excellent customer service and is quick to reply and answer any questions about the process for scanning!

Working with Danny was a pleasure! I came in with no knowledge of fine art scanning and he walked me through the entire process and provided many options. He was able to accommodate my tight deadline and upon receiving the prints of my grandfather's 1943 watercolor portrait I have to say - I almost prefer the reproduction to the original! Incredible work all around. read more

THANK YOU Danny / team BSL!!! I dropped in to place an order for prints that needed to be sent out for the holidays, and Danny had it turned around and ready for pickup within a day even though they were slammed! I cannot say enough good things about Danny and BSL Digital Imaging. I had an emergency rush order that needed to be placed for 200 pieces to be completed the next day. I called BSL on a whim 10 minutes before closing time, and he volunteered to wait for me to come into the office and figure out what needed to be done. He was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. He has years of experience in the field and other similar fields, so he was able to give a few recommendations for exactly what I needed. It is a smaller shop, but you get the incredible personalized service that comes with that. I would go back to BSL for any and all my printing needs. Thanks so much!! read more

This place rules. They can do anything! If if it was a fast food joint it would be that Taco Bell that sells beer. If it was a fine dining restaurant it would be Dorsia but without all the pretentiousness and psychopaths. Conveniently located but totally worth traveling for... any time I'm in LA, this is where I get my needs met. read more

Norm is amazing! He's an artist in his own right. He's professional and passionate about producing quality images. I recently placed an order to have a file printed on canvas. He completed my order within 2 hours and pointed me in the direction of where I could have it stretched the same day. Norm is very particular about how he choses to work, but he's a very sweet man and clearly cares about providing the best for his customers. read more

We work with BSL for several years now, mainly for oversized giclees on canvas. The quality of the work has always been outstanding, the prices very fair, the service and turn around time excellent. BSL handled a last minute printing emergency for my small business, and they were fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Really put us at ease in a tight spot. The owner, Dennis I think it was? Or Darnelle? He was good. Real good. And he wears glasses, which always makes me feel safe. I highly recommend supporting this small business for your small business' business. read more

Reasonable prices. Business-like customer service. Deliver a beautiful product on time. I love BSL Digital Imaging!

I was there this morning after calling and making an appointment yesterday. I wanted to get a photo printed and framed after a trip overseas with my wife. An elderly man met me at the door and said he was the owner. He was in no condition/shape to be operating anything. he had difficulty plugging in my flash drive, loading the printer, and could barely even answer my questions. I wasn't expecting a team of ambitious professional artists, I knew it was a small mom/pop shop. But, my bad experience was when we were finishing up everything and almost ready to print after he quoted me a price. I asked him for the cost if I went with a custom size(slightly larger). He quoted me less. I asked why would it be cheaper and his response to me was "I don't have time for you. I have work to do. I don't have time to be arguing with you". I pulled my flash drive and walked right out. read more

I recently had BSL Digital Imaging reproduce several small water colors in very large format for me; I couldn't be happier with the results. Noam is an artist with the skills of a great craftsman. He is meticulous and tasteful and delivers on his promise on time. His fees are very reasonable, too. The whole experience of working with him is unbeatable. read more
