Such nice owners! This is a family owned place and they are so polite! I had a print from Japan and one from an ex framed. They went over the options with me and were very detailed and true to form with my desire. Even when I wasn't sure about some things, they explained everything to me and offered to alter anything I wanted. The variety of choices offered was so appreciated because it was hard for me to select the best frame for my Japanese art, but we all settled on the perfect color wood and ended up wrapping the other print. The price for both was extremely reasonable and once I saw the completed work, absolutely a fair price. I'm taking another trip out of the country and once I come back with more artwork, I will take it here to get framed. I'm even looking around the house for anything else I can get done by them so everything can be completed at once. I highly recommend taking your artwork here. I've had multiple things framed here now... they are super helpful if you have something in mind (Paul walked me around looking at frame materials) or give excellent recommendations on how best to frame your piece. Love these guys!! Paul was amazing - i was in a bind trying to find a signature matte on a picture and he turned it all around for me! I sent him the picture and he did color correction, printed it, and framed it!! Then...when I came back with a warped matte, he touched it up to get all the waves out of it, and kept it in tact!! Paul was really helpful in designing the framing for some puzzles I did with my elderly parents during the pandemic. I wanted to frame them for keepsakes and he worked with me to get the big puzzle set up so my mom and dad could sign the mat board. He also made suggestions to simplify the framing to help me save a little money. I had a different idea for the smaller wood puzzles but Paul thought a shadow box would look better. Paul Sohn is exactly the kind of guy you want helping you figure out what you want for a frame. He listened to my vague description of what I was aiming for and came up w something that was better than what I was imagining. He was patient as I deliberated between a dozen different frames and I never felt pressured or belittled or ignored which happens sometimes at framing stores. With that said, he also was far from a "yes" man agreeing w any selection. I LOVED the finished product and the pricing was definitely competitive.
