Instead of explaining the price like a normal business owner, he started yelling and told me he would not do business with me. If asking a simple question about a nearly $500 mat board makes the owner start screaming at customers, that tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates. I've never been treated so aggressively or unprofessionally by someone running a business. Between the outrageous pricing and the behavior, this was easily the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
