Thank goodness I found FastFrame Sherman Oaks and Montel! Montel was the second person I called. He has a lovely calm phone manner. From the first call I observed how knowledgeable, professional and honest Montel is. He even told me about other framing places in case he couldn't do the job due to my needs and fast turnaround required. The gift I was creating was extremely important to me and Montel helped every step of the way. The frame I was looking for had to check a lot of boxes, he brought me some choices, and the perfect one was in the first bunch. We found the right one in minutes, everything was so efficient. Besides all the points above, Montel has an artistic eye. Moreover, the piece itself had a lot of elements and challenges that took an expert to combine them all so they flowed. Montel did it all perfectly, and super-fast, which was very important to me. The end result was a gorgeous framed gift that mirrored my vision exactly. I love it so much and am very excited to give this prestigious gift. I love family run businesses, and this one feels like a small-town local place where the staff become friends. Now I have a new framing shop for all my needs!

In the past, this Michaels seemed to have a staff shortage, and the checkout was a drag. I know the self-checkout isn't new here, but it has changed everything; it's fast and efficient, leaving the staff able to focus on helping the customers.
