There's not a better framing place around! We recently moved from West LA and needed a great deal of framing work done for our home. Whether it was designing and picking out custom frames and matting or selecting standard frame looks Francisco and Sebastian took care of us and fabricated everything exactly the way we envisioned it. Their customer service is second to none. They made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. I will now only use them for all my high-quality framing needs!! Thank you U Frame It!! read more

I have had dozens of artworks framed over the years, and I'm fairly knowledgeable with respect to what is necessary to expect and achieve archival quality. (Understanding that not all customers are expecting and/or requiring archival standards). U-Frame-It Gallery in Encino/Tarzana was a first rate experience. Staff is knowledgeable, the turn-around was fast and the finished result was excellent. I will return without hesitation. read more

So I was attending the chamber breakfast a few days ago, and was sitting next to a gentleman named Sebastian from the U-Frame-it . So I remembered I had won a photo from a event I had need to a few months ago for the firefighters. I asked him if he was going to be there this afternoon, cause I need something framed. Pulled into their large parking area, the store is on the corner of the strip center. Walk in gave him the item and he took care of the rest. His work was spot on. I'm satisfied and will definitely be back. read more

I've been going to their North Hollywood location for a while now to get my concert prints framed up. They've always done an excellent job. I decided to try out their Tarzana location and was not disappointed. Francisco and Sergio were excellent with helping me decide on mats and framing. They have great eyes for artwork and I'm extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. They were also transparent with how much everything would cost and worked with me to find the best materials within budget. I also had them swap out a print into another frame they had made for me and place the other print into a new frame and they handled it with ease. Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to get something framed up! read more

If you need something framed - or a map, poster or print, glued to a board this is the place to go - I have had a 2 maps glued to board so I could display them on the wall - the work was perfection, not a wrinkle anywhere. When I had an old piece that had not been hung and subsequently curved - Sebastian solved that problem by making a frame around the piece to enable me to hang it - the cost was minimal and the work enabled me to finally display the piece properly. I cannot praise them enough. I recommend them to anyone I hear mention they require items framed. The customer service is first class, the staff are all friendly and polite - its a pleasure to do business with U Frame It. Ann Radow read more

I'm not sure if the ownership has changed in the last 2 years or the staff is not skilled in framing cross stitch. My experience was completely different 2 years ago when I brought my 1st cross stitch in for framing. I will say Francisco was very professional and stood behind the poor workmanship. 3 Failed Attempts: 1) Cross stitch was not stretched properly. 2) Cross stitch was stretched properly but thread was cut and frayed on one of the upper case letters. Another upper case letter had threads pulled from behind the canvas over lapping the letter. 3) Thread was cut to a single strand when 2 strand thread was used for number. It was my 6th visit to the store (dropping off & picking up), trying to give them every opportunity to get the job right. I corrected the damaged to the letters they caused on the 2nd attempt. On the 3rd attempt I was given a full refund. read more

Incredible. I am in love with this place. The framer there has such a great eye. I reframed a lot of pieces I found in closets and under beds during covid and I could not be more please. Needed to re-frame a 22" x 32" watercolor. We kept the existing glass but switched out the pink matt and gold metal frame. Andres helped my wife and I by showing us a variety of options across multiple price points. We appreciated that he never "pushed" the more expensive frame although that was the one we ultimately chose. Just picked up the frame and loved the quality workmanship. This is our second frame over several years and this experience solidified U-Frame-It Gallery as our go to vendor of choice. Thanks Andres. read more

U-Frame It Gallery is NOT what one would think - you do not necessarily frame it yourself (which was what we thought initially)! We found a beautiful vintage 6-panel Disney princess-style art piece and wanted to get it framed for my sister's birthday but after calling around and checking prices we were in total shock as to how much custom framing costs as we've never done it before. We decided to try and frame it ourselves with an old metal frame but we needed to get cut down to size. We called around and were recommended to U-Frame It Gallery by the sports memorabilia place down the street and it was the best recommendation! We spoke to Francisco over the phone and brought in the frame to ensure it could be cut. After showing him the frame and casually discussing our goals we ended up going with U-Frame It Gallery for the whole thing - cutting the frame, adding a mat with six mounts and backing. The price was great and the work was exceptional! Turn around time was very quick - literally a couple of days. The whole team at this location were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and you could tell they enjoy what they do. We were totally blown away by how it turned out. Our sister loves it and so does our niece! Thanks Francisco and team! read more

I found Francisco and the U-Frame It-Team for a job-related framing project. He framed, mounted and worked with our every request without fail. Fransico and his team understand the importance of confidentiality when working with high profile clients and my boss is very happy. We continue to use them as our company framing guru's and I suggest you do too! As an aside, I brought my recently mailed diploma to him to be framed he did an AMAZING job and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Francisco Sergio and the team at U-Frame-It! read more

Terrible experience. Went in on a Friday and encountered a completely disinterested and rude worker. I received such a quick and great service considering that I walked in without any previous appointment and they were busy.

We moved last year (2022) and I took it as an opportunity to get a bunch of items framed. Every single job has been perfect and on time, whether it's replacing the glass on a small print or building a rock-steady frame for a French grande movie poster or a beautiful display for my signed Joe Montana jersey. My wife and I bought a custom hand painted tiled piece of art from Positano, Italy. Unfortunately during shipping it was damaged. The artist then made us a new one in Italy but this time shipped it with all the tiles and frame wrapped separately. At a loss, we didn't know what to do. We brought both the damaged piece and the separate tiles and frame to Adriana and her husband at U-Frame-It. While they had told us they never engaged in a project like this, they not only revived the damaged piece, but also exquisitely pieced together with meticulous precision all the new tiles into the new frame in a safe and secure fashion. Now we have two beautiful pieces of art saved by U-Frame-It. We highly recommend U-Frame-It. Thank you Adriana ! read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot say enough great things about the owner (Francisco) and his sons. We had some heavy items to hang in our home and since we were having company, I asked if he could hang within one day. He came that same night after work. His work was impeccable. Very knowledgeable and took his time to do it correctly. We are so pleased with all he did for us. We found one more item for him to hang. We finally found a fantastic frame gallery near our home.
