We have been exclusively framing our pictures and other pieces of art for well over 25 years with Alisa and Matt at the Frame Gallery. This store is one of the true gems in the Conejo Valley, and we have always trusted them with everything from hand drawn pictures from our kids to antique sketches drawn by our great grandparents. read more

Great place to get quality framing. Very courteous. Excellent choices and great suggestions

Great service. Well priced for quality of materials and workmanship. Brought in an item to have framed as a surprise to my husband for our fifth wedding anniversary. The end result was absolutely beautiful. read more

I've had several art pieces framed here and the quality has been consistently top notch. Sure, it's few bucks more than Aaron Brothers or whatever, but they have a much wider selection of materials and the consultation/recommendations are well worth it. When I brought in my Shag print they recommended a super cool 3 color frame(custom built) on colors matching my print. Plus, I like supporting local business. read more

The best framing store in the valley! The owner was so helpful in helping pick the perfect frame and fabric for my prized oil painting. It turned out perfect and looks so amazing. I highly recommend coming here over any of the big box stores for framing as her prices are fair for the quality of work performed and I know it will last! Thank you for taking such great care of my first art piece. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Alissa at Frame Gallery. She can look at your art, hear what kind of look you are envisioning, and come up with perfect frame options in minutes if not seconds. I loved the frame on the first piece she did for me so much that I went back with a second piece soon after. Again, the options she showed me were spot on - a perfect compliment to the painting that also reflected my taste. Alissa is extremely professional and personable and does excellent work. I can't imagine going anywhere else for framing now that I know she is there. read more

WOW! The frame Alisa recommended for a limited edition signed print that is very special to our family far exceeded my expectations. She has great taste and style and is easy to communicate with to achieve the best results. We couldn't be more delighted with how our print looks! We purchased the top of the line materials including the non-glare museum quality glass but I never felt she was trying to "up-sell" - it was simply the best and obvious choice for the piece. I actually went in and told her I was simply looking for a competitive estimate to what a frame store I had used in the past gave me. I was upfront that he told me he was giving a 50% discount. But my instincts told me it was high. Alisa's quote was only $40 more - but with better materials - a wider matte, a wider frame - and both made all the difference. As soon as she told me her price - I said, "let's do it." I prefer to deal with honest people who care about what they are doing. And I say the word "care" because I explained a complicated back story to her about said piece. Then asked when it would be ready. She said about two to three weeks. I grimaced and said - "my mother-in-law is coming to town. I don't want to explain the saga to her." Then I said - it's okay - don't worry about it, etc. Imagine how delighted I was to hear her voice on the phone today telling me, "Your print is ready!" My mother-in-law is still three glorious days away from coming, and now we have gone full circle. WOW! read more

I came in to get some new glass in a frame after the previous glass panel broke in a move. The owner said no problem, measured the frame, popped in the back, and in two minutes I had my new glass. When I asked what I owed her she said "No charge, just come back in when you need something custom framed." Talk about service. I will absolutely be back, and might even need to get some new pieces just to frame them. read more

Very good service! Incredible fixed my broken frame, super nice people! I wanna say Thank you for doing great job on my frame,

For years I have tried to find a good framer and had no luck. I had had some bad experiences with the name-brand shops and was looking around. Everywhere I went I was told my project needed more time and more money. Then I was recommended Frame Gallery. I will never go anywhere else - Alissa is beyond the best! I needed to matte/frame four large prints and my timeframe was super short (and budget set). I held my breath when I told the particulars to Alissa and to my surprse she smiled and said no problem. She was so great to work with - easygoing, knowledgeable, honest in her opinions - and the finished product had over 150 people oohing and aahing. read more

Excellent service from Matt. Explained various options to me. Great shop to take care of all your framing needs.

Alisa & staff are just great. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand my needs and give options. They are much more 'hands on personal service' so phone and in-person is generally more prompt than email. Can't say enough good stuff about these folks. read more

I had two pieces of Kids Collaborative art framed for a school fundraiser. I let Alisa decide how to mat & frame them & they look so amazing they don't even look like kids art, they are just beautiful. The frames & mats really enhance the artwork. read more

Extremely overpriced and an awful place to do business. They use cheap materials and the framing falls apart almost immediately! Stay away at all costs. I got ripped off, so learn from my mistake. read more
