Tony is personable and does a great job. He was able to help me pick out the type and color of frames I needed, they look amazing. It is a very expensive service but worth every penny. read more

I had my diploma framed here, and James did a fantastic job! He has a HUGE variety of frames to choose from, all of them on a big velcro wall so you can pull off the frame samples and compare them. It's clear that he's super experienced, and worth every penny. He walked me through the typical options for diplomas, the usual frame types, and matting. It gave me a good reference point for what I eventually chose. Prices are great. It's absolutely worth paying a little bit extra to have a well-built frame with good materials, especially since it also supports a local business. The frame also came wired, and with the hardware to hang it up. read more

Recently purchased a Prince canvas print that needed framing. Jumped on Yelp and found this place. James was very helpful and friendly. It took a week to get my picture framed, but I'm happy with it. He even includes the picture hanger that goes into the wall. How cool is that? They have tons of frames and different types of glass to choose from. Highly recommend James if you need something framed. Located next to McDonalds in a small shopping center. read more

I had some time on my hands and did some digging into my mother's parents' history. I found the ship and the manifests for them both. James put them together with amazing results. My mom was beaming with joy to see their names. I also found a photo of her dad when he got to Ellis Island and James put that together with a colorized photo of her mom and dad with amazing results again. I came in with an idea and James brought it to reality. The results did not disappoint. read more

This review is long overdue- James has framed our art work, paintings and documents for the last two years when we found his amazing selection of frames. But the true talent is his design! Holmes Custom Picture Framing is fantastic, and I highly recommend this business. George is a kind, funny, and thoughtful man that truly cares about his work. My wife and I came in to get two posters framed, and George worked with us directly to pick frames that would suit our taste and, perhaps more importantly, our pocket books. Furthermore, he did an amazing job. He actually managed to flatten out our old, beaten up posters, which we had previously taped to the wall, then placed in cheap frames as a temporary solution. The fact that he was able to get them to lie flat has improved their look significantly, and the frames are gorgeous to boot. Thanks again George, hat's off to you. -Brandon and Brittnee :) read more

We've been having George do basic black framing on movie and TV posters for us for a few years now, but recently had him do a couple of bigger projects on some art for our home. George has a great eye and makes excellent recommendations on color and style that work well with the art, but I think his greatest asset is his ability to listen to the customer and let their personal tastes dictate his recommendations. One of the pieces we were able to settle on quickly, but the other took us a good LOOONG while in his shop going back and forth between many different matte/frame combinations. George was very patient and very helpful through the process. After we left and he began bringing in the materials, the frame that we had taken so long to decide on was not available in the length needed from the original distributer. Instead of informing us it was unavailable and asking us to choose another he spent the time to track down pieces from several different places in the country till he had enough for the frame! The art looks great on our walls and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Go see George for your framing needs! read more

We received an authentic Persian rug from Iran as a wedding gift. George helped us pick out the frame and matte, and checked with us regarding the value of the rug before attempting to mount it. His original idea for keeping the tassels in place did not look great, so his wife hand sowed each one so that the presentation would be perfect. I will be back the next time I have a piece to frame. read more

He did such a great job I brought two other jobs which were framed pictures of my grandmothers, one needed cleaning & the other needed a new back hanging.
