I said well for my peace of mind could you please just file test it and he wanted to change me 10$ for testing it. So I took it somewhere else because I file tested it myself and magnetic tested it and it passed so when I took it some else in Westlake and got 2200$ for it I just had to post this because one elhe was sooooooo confident it was fake that he wouldn't even test the chain and to he was Soo arrogant he just deserves a bad review don't waste you're time here he doesn't want you're business anyway. I sent a message in the morning before the store opened, to find out about a battery and watch band replacement. The owner was quick to respond and let me know about how much it would cost and what the hours were for today. I showed up and the watch battery was replaced and he had plenty of bands to choose from. I was able to find one that almost perfectly matched the band I was trying to replace. Not only did he replace the band, the battery, but also added some sealer to the back to help with the water resistant since replacing the battery. Overall the entire experience took about 20 minutes , actually spent more time discussing kids, and business lately. This place is great. Mark's fair and a great local jeweler. Wonderful, professional, and down to earth. Zero pressure environment - no sleazy sales tactics. I've purchased jewelry​​ here for both of my daughters​ and brought my watches in several times for one thing or another. This last fix was a doozy...I was just trying to switch out one band for another, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They were identical Michael Kors watches, but apparently,​ the tolerances were so bad in the links and pins of the bands, that Mark had to wrestle with it for over an hour. Then I ask the gentlemen if he could look at my apple watch since I couldn't get the band off and I took my watch to the apple store 4 times and they never could get the band off.
