I heard her say some stupid stuff for a manager, just after the Covid scare, "where is everyone getting their money from", because a Mexican family was buying a lot decorations for a party!. On another occasion during the day & the lines were long", doesn't anyone work anymore!. Just yesterday I had a $45 order, all I had was a hundred on me, the cashier asked if I had something smaller, I did not, she called "V" over & she asked the same question, I said NO, sorry. She said I would end up with a bunch of $1's, I said no problem, she came back with like 50 $1's & some $5's - she told the cashier, the RULE is you have to use the $1's first. Well the cashier did not listen to her & gave me $5's. As I was walking out, I swear she went into a victory dance. (Not knowing I got $5's instead of $1's) I am contacting corporate - that was the final straw. Really "Rule", she sounded stupid, that's the RULE. Imagine a manger behaving that way.

I will say the music was pleasant, the selection okay, and the store was clean, but they need to understand that they're missing out on certain communities of people. The first, us Neuro Spicy brained people/autistics. Not a single sign whatsoever on what's where, what's down the aisle, nothing. It becomes very overwhelming and stressful. The second group of people? Any and all with a bad neck. Not having signage, forces us to look down each and every aisle before going in it, causing someone like me with a birth defect and cervical instability to become very dizzy. Yes, I could have asked for help, but I chose to familiarize myself with the store. Not realizing years and years since I've been in one, they still don't have any signs at the end of their aisles. Is it laziness? I have no idea, but as a highly creative in many areas, I'm done with Hobby Lobby. As an art store, GET CREATIVE, and put up some signs.

Little 6 inch decorative plates fit perfectly on a mug holder and serve as a place to place mugs while adding sweetener and creamer, saving the mat underneath from spills. I've found really cute ones at HomeGoods, always for a great price versus other options online or around town. Speaking of coffee bar needs - HG carries many options for flavor syrups, as well as other gourmet goodies. I usually go home with at least several items from their specialty food department. Prices reflect a good savings over retail establishments. I usually check out their seasonal kitchen towels. I like that they stock lots of 100% cotton ones. Have picked up some cute mugs for the aforementioned coffee bar. Come to think of it, the large metal mug holder came from HG, too. Just before Christmas I stopped in for last minute shopping.
