Submitted for a quote on some shirts to have names embroidered on. Wasn't sure because I've never done anything like this. Received my quote and was impressed with the pricing. We went there to bring the shirts and the customer service was 100%. Went over the size and the font. Still wasn't sure because agin I've never done anything like this. Absolutely outstanding service!! I brought in 14 very heavy winter coats to be embroidered with a one week turnaround time. Not only did Savi get it done, she got it done before I expected it. She communicated with me every step of the way and did an amazing job despite the jackets being really difficult to embroider and having a lot of layers to go through. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

I brought a personal item here to get embroidered for my fiancé in time for Valentine's Day. This…read morewas a very small but special project agreed upon to be done on a certain date before I brought it in. It was a simple phase on a pocket square that he would wear on our wedding day. The price was high for a small project but due to the great reviews - I felt it was justified to make sure it turns out well and look professionally done. Initially they were great with showing you pictures of the placement and helping with font and size suggestions and were quick to communicate through email Then I was called ON THE DAY that my project was due to say that they've damaged my item beyond repair - oil stains or some sort of stain created by the process of the machine. They have took it upon themselves to reorder my item from the original vendor and are now waiting for the item to come in (unknown amount of days). While I appreciate them taking the initiative to replace and fix it (luckily it can be replaced)- I'm still without the sentimental gift I had planned ahead for tomorrow. I did wish there was communication prior to the due date After the owner also called to follow up and apologized and did his best to rectify the situation. The communication thereafter was also great in updating when my product came in and estimated time of completion. They were nice enough to ship it to me as it was hard for me to find a time to pick it up during work hours. I ended up getting my product and we are satisfied with the end result and it turned out as I hoped.

I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.
