I wanted to make custom shirts in support of a loved one competing in the USA youth climbing nationals. Imprint Revolution was the THIRD company I tried -- one local place said they could not do it without explanation, one online place said they could not do this custom design with 2 different colors (only one color, either black or white). Imprint revolution was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and had a quick turnaround time. They were professional, accommodating and really easy to work with. Although there was a minimum number per design, this included a range of possible clothing or assets and they had a wide range of options from tanks, short/long-sleeved Ts, hoodies, etc. They did a FANTASTIC job. Only giving four stars because upon arrival I was told I needed a min order of 24 items to be serviced. This was not the case the last two times I used them, so was a bit surprised as I didn't see a firm mentioning of that policy on the website and wouldn't have driven far if I had known. I was told it's a new rule. They suggested someone else for me, which I appreciated. Still bummed I couldn't get it done here. Love their work, collaboration and professionalism. Elyse was my designer when I brought in an idea to make a family tree T-shirt for our family. Simple.. These guys ROCK! I designed up a print recently and I just had to have it made into a shirt! I checked around all over the internet for places that do it online as well as local shops, and out of everywhere i looked, these guys seemed to have the best deal, and better yet, they were local so I could talk to them face to face and make sure they knew what I wanted I came in with the file on my flash drive, and they took it right from there. I made sure that the file was plenty large (12"x12" 300dpi) so that it would scale down nicely. The printed it out on paper to make sure the size was good (ended up being 8.5"x8.5" in the end) and talked to me about what kind of shirt i wanted. I opted for a black american apparel shirt which turned out to be a great choice. I went with an opaque transfer since the design had too many colors for a screen print. They told me it would take about 4 business days to produce, and lucky me they did it in only 3!! I came in and picked up the shirt and honestly could not be happier! These guys have my business now and forever, and I certainly plan on making more custom shirts in the future now! Grade A, 5-Stars, 2-Thumbs up Service, Quality, and Speed! Thanks guys! read more

These people and this business have just been a huge part of our animated pilots fundraising success . I've now had over 500 shirts produced there and they come in early and with such quality . On this last order there were 10 shirts that were a very slightly different color of light blue ....they GAVE us all 10 ....so our overt all PPU went down and we can raise more money to get our show sold. There was also a tiny pin hole in one shirt...no charge & gave us the shirt. The quality control is literally with a fine tooth comb. PLUS when I show up everybody is smiles and says "Hi!" This kind of service is sadly just so rare but it truly seems like that's just they work ethic and mission statement they have . I've been a client of IR since 2009 when I first brought an item to be embroidered. It came out beautifully and I still use that labcoat for work. I then brought in a Arc'teryx vest to be embroidered and that came out better than I expected. Recently I brought in two new expensive labcoats to be embroidered and they did a really nice job of making sure it looked good. They did a mock up and actually recommended changing the font and adjusted the text size to best fit the garment. Very thorough team. I've been to other places to have other items embroidered but this team really does the best job with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them if you can afford it. read more
