There's a bit of confusion in the comments and with the vendor as to what processes they offer, a vendor I tried for the first time. I'm an artist who has been seeking out two printing processes to compare: DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film). DTG is printing the design straight into the fabric, and DTF is where they print on a plastic-like film, and then heat press it on, kind of like a high end iron-on. They have a different look, feel/texture, etc., with DTG feeling more like fabric as opposed to something overlaid on the cloth. In my emails with them I said I'd like one shirt to be DTF, and one to be DTG (cotton only) so I could compare, and also asked and paid more or a poly blend for the DTF shirt. They agreed, and with this understanding spelled out moved forward with the two shirts. So I went to pick up the shirts and was shown two DTF shirts, and informed they don't even do Direct-to-Garment. I just needed to mention this in case anyone else is confused or led to believe they do a process they don't actually do. My order was small but this could be a very expensive mistake for another client. After word came back they don't even do DTG, they offered me the duplicate DTF shirt at a lower price. read more

So finally had the opportunity to order from them and I am happy with the final delivery. But initially had a hiccup with the prints, it didn't come out as desired but Lauren was on it from the very beginning. I initially emailed her about two shirts and she got replacements made the same day. Later I realized most of the shirt had similar issues so I brought all the shirts back. Lauren quickly looks and let me know that they'll fix it right away. I got everything back two days later and the shirts look great! Do not trust this business. They are not professionals and are horrible at their jobs. I brought in a sweat shirt for them to match. Instead they printed a completely different color which is so completely off it's almost laughable. They destroyed my property by literally changing my brand colors and almost ruining a photo shoot. I was forced to take the sweatshirts because those are the only ones I had. (This was a rush order for a photo shoot I already paid for and could not cancel.) The owner sent a Venmo payment request before I picked up the sweatshirts and I paid in advance thinking I could totally trust them. You can imagine the shock when I went in and saw these completely different colors. I spoke to the man who was printing, and I told him this is different and he had the audacity to try to convince me they are similar. I said absolutely not and he said I'd have to wait to speak to the woman at the front desk on Monday. I immediately text messaged the number she provided requesting only a partial refund at first. I am a small business owner so at first I wanted to be reasonable and compassionate toward them. Most tee printing shops are closed on Saturday and most will not print on top of designs. I drove all over LA and made countless calls before finding someone who would take the risk. He printed over the horribly printed sweatshirts. While doing so he noticed the sweatshirts printed by this company weren't even identically printed. So he had to take additional time sizing each design to fit this. This took almost 3 hours to fix! He also walked me through the reasons why their printing may have come out wrong, and emphasized that they were on the wrong as it clearly doesn't match. So mind you I am driving around, literally from 10-5pm to get these sweatshirts fixed. After getting the sweatshirts fixed and getting home, I actually messaged them asking for a FULL refund as I had to spend money to get them fixed, drive from Santa Monica to Pacoima all with my small child in tow, all while physically disabled! This is where it gets hilarious. I get a text message of them saying they are declining my refund. Their reasoning was I did not provide the Pantone colors to match. ( I provided the samples and the ai files. Which have the hex codes (directly from Pantone) I have all the Pantone colors and would have provided them, but I WAS ADVISED MY AI FILES WERE "PERFECT" by the owner. I also left them the sample so they would have seen the huge color difference on the transfer paper before applying them to the sweatshirts. Rather than calling me and letting me know or even reprinting, they made the executive decision to destroy my property with these misprints. After received a text declining my refund, I immediately called. When I called the owner ( trying to pose as an employee) kept saying how the owner declined my refund. I told her she had to be communicating the situation incorrectly cause there is no planet in this universe where I'd pay someone to screw up my property and nearly cost me $1000 (for the cancelled shoot) had I not found the kind man in Pacoima to correct their mistakes. If you need basic kindergarten printing in white letters go here. If you need professional designs from experienced printers who understand things like monochromatic color matching and how to google a hex code to find a correct Pantone color, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I did get my refund, but with a message that I wasn't welcome ever again. Guess what!?! I'd rather trim an entire football field with nail clippers than ever give money to these people again. They should have simply apologized for THEIR mistake. Instead of gaslighting me and trying to shift the blame. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Oh and btw the fact that it was a rush order means nothing. You don't hurry and do a crap job. You charged me a fee to do the correct job quickly and failed. I wasn't even going to write a review, but their snarky remarks about "politely declining future orders" like they did me a favor called for it. You did me no favors by taking my money and screwing up my sweatshirts. Let's get it straight. You did a huge DISSERVICE to me. Hopefully in the future they learn to take full responsibility for their mistakes especially ones that are so obviously visible to anyone who can see. You are the printing company. You need to ask for whatever you need to give the customer what they want. Don't mess up and then try to blame it on the customer after the fact. Please trust me and go the extra mile to west la or dtla fashion district for quality print jobs. read more
