There's a bit of confusion in the comments and with the vendor as to what processes they offer, a vendor I tried for the first time. I'm an artist who has been seeking out two printing processes to compare: DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film). DTG is printing the design straight into the fabric, and DTF is where they print on a plastic-like film, and then heat press it on, kind of like a high end iron-on. They have a different look, feel/texture, etc., with DTG feeling more like fabric as opposed to something overlaid on the cloth. In my emails with them I said I'd like one shirt to be DTF, and one to be DTG (cotton only) so I could compare, and also asked and paid more or a poly blend for the DTF shirt. They agreed, and with this understanding spelled out moved forward with the two shirts. So I went to pick up the shirts and was shown two DTF shirts, and informed they don't even do Direct-to-Garment. I just needed to mention this in case anyone else is confused or led to believe they do a process they don't actually do. My order was small but this could be a very expensive mistake for another client. After word came back they don't even do DTG, they offered me the duplicate DTF shirt at a lower price. read more

Other vendors and places I tried both online and around LA had like 2-3 week minimums waits. Customer service was awesome too. So finally had the opportunity to order from them and I am happy with the final delivery. But initially had a hiccup with the prints, it didn't come out as desired but Lauren was on it from the very beginning.
