Hassled me for a pro type, Didn't follow print instructions, wasted a day of my time. Asked for gloss front, matte back, it was the opposite. Instead of making it right or saying they'll get the correct done in a timely manner. The owner decided not even to do it and just refund. Maybe he had too much on his plate as a local print shop? But if you are looking for a professional job I'd go elsewhere. The customer reps don't know much of what they are talking about and aren't very knowledgeable of paper and print I will never use this place again, lost my business. All it takes is good customer service, that's why a lot of these places don't last. read more

if I could give no stars I would, the customer service is very poor, I had dropped bottles to be labeled and left emails and voice messages for Taegan with no one getting back to me and finally just had to go pick up my bottles and they had absolutely nothing to say lol. I tried to use One Stop Print Shop's services for printing business cards for a new member of my company. We had a layout art file in Adobe InDesign program format, a commonly used computer design program. We sent Steve the file and ran into the first issue of the process: They had version 5.0 of the software, not compatible with the 7.0 version I sent them. After a month of Steve telling me "I can't open the files" but not specifying why he couldn't, I had my company's creative designer reformat the files for 5.0 and figured I'd have the right cards in about 4-5 business days, as per the quote from Steve. No worries. That would be perfect timing, because the person who we needed cards for had to leave the country in 5 days for a huge global conference where they would easily meet 200 colleagues of ours from our different offices around the world. I originally sent this InDesign file with an email. In the email, I stated: "Please find attached our Business Card Setup files. The .zip file should contain all fonts, color codes, and everything else you need for the print. The first set of cards we would like to order are going to be for:" and then I listed the Name, Position and Contact Info of the person who we were making cards for. Somehow, the printer decided to completely ignore this, and print 1000 cards of the name that was in the InDesign folder, rather than the name I specified in my original order. The fun doesn't stop here. Next, because I got the wrong cards, I asked if they would be able to do a rush order with the correct name this time. I wasn't even mad right away, mistakes happen, its only 60 bucks and my company had to absorb that loss, not me. C'est la vie. Then the print shop sent me their "Proof Check" form. This form is to ensure that they don't print the wrong information on the business cards, asking the client (me) to double check the spelling and format of the sample card provided before mass production started. Where was this proof check for the first 1000 cards they printed incorrectly? Additionally, I would like to state that (and I cannot prove the following through documentation, but the rest of is verifiable) that while Steve's wife was a pleasure to speak to each and every time, Steve himself, who I presume to be the owner, does not know the first thing about Customer Service. I presume that he stays in business due to his location and proximity to A. A large number of businesses on Wilshire Corridor, B. Brentwood's endless supply of housewife projects C. people who don't know good customer service from their elbow. Because based on the customer service I received, I will never, ever go back to Steve and One Stop Print Shop again. It's one thing to make a mistake. It's another thing to 1. Blame the customer for your error, 2. Not apologize. 3. Not offer a discount on fixing your own error. 4. Be rude about your mistake. read more

She worked with me to make sure they made exactly what I needed, and even got it to me earlier than was necessary. The friendly staff at One Stop Print Shop and I sent a lot of e-mails back and forth with updated invitation files, and I could not believe how helpful they were in making sure the invitations looked perfect. A lot of print shops will just print a customer's order without a second glance, but they gave me really great tips and advice to make sure that the final file I sent them would print exactly the way that I wanted. They have a wide selection of papers to print on, and make it very easy to pick and choose exactly what you need. They also had all 100 invitations, RSVP, and information cards printed and ready to pick up in a couple of days.
