Diego is a hero! He delivered beautiful custom sized books with a quick turnaround. Everything was printed and bound perfectly and at a great price. Will certainly be using Copyland again read more

Great place! They can handle anything you need from copy papers to posters. Quick attentive service!

I needed business cards quickly on a Saturday. Andre went above and beyond to get it completed same day and he even made accommodations so that I could pick them up after hours. Highly recommend. read more

I am forever grateful to Mike and the Copyland team. After inquiring for colored copies for 'Missing Persons' fliers, they went above and beyond with their kindness. Their generous support means the world to Hannah Kobayashi's family and friends. Mahalo nui loa, Copyland, for being a shining example of community compassion - cannot thank you enough for your support. read more

I gave Copyland a simple project and they managed to not only delay my project constantly after promising they wouldnt, but they also overcharged me. I would stay away from them. They do NOT deliver on anything they promise. They will waste your time. Go elsewhere. read more

Great service, they are fast, quick and efficient. They also print building plans too!

Excellent service & quality! Chad is always helpful and goes out of his way to create the best product .

Went above and beyond to rush last minute cards on a Saturday! They also corrected a mistake on our design free of charge! Would highly recommend read more

Andre worked with me throughout the whole process of printing my magazine, when we had a hiccup in the file while printing he handled it swiftly and quickly with no worries. Will definitely be back! read more

Copy land has been a nice staple in the community since the eighties. The ambiance is great energy, artsy and in tune with what the customers want and what the customers need. The service is valuable because the expertise is still relevant with times though it's an ole school company. Also, you can't beat their prices. read more

Pretty confusing experience. I called and explained what I needed. Nice guy asked me to bring in a flash drive and he thought they could help me. I drove there with the flash drive. Talked to another guy, very nice who said they could do the job and started to write a quote. Went back to get some help and a little guy came out and basically said they didn't want my business and I should go to staples. Anyway, must be nice to have enough business to be incredibly rude to customers. read more

Responding to your last comment. If you take a payment and an order, request label files and give an estimated time of completion that is called taking an order! I got bounced around to at least 4 designers in your team because they all QUIT working for you and then I finally got sent to a new designer who completed the work, my files were sent to print. The time of delivery you had a given was 30 days and you took years to finish it, you are so unorganized you don't even know what you are doing there. Look at the response on the comment here to begin with.. It took you almost a year to response to the review, this is how you run your business. I have receipts of when I paid you 50% to star the work and when I paid the balance so you can deliver it 6 months after I paid the balance. You took the order, told me it would take 30 days to complete and it took years not months. Besides that you are horrible running your business you yell at your customers, hang up one them and lie about deadlines and you tell your employees to lie to people and tell the customers you are not there when you are and wont return phone calls. Before you write a response check the facts and check the receipts and your invoices and them write the response because I do have the receipts and I can post them to show everyone that you simply don't respect deadlines and run your business horrible! I tried to get you to refund me the money since you wouldn't do the work and your response was you would not do it or you would charge me a penalty for canceling the work when it was clearly your fault not mine. read more

I used Copyland for a cookbook I self published many years ago and they did an excellent job. Not only did they produce a beautiful book but they were able to store them in their space for a long while. I had hundreds of copies and had no room to keep them at my house. I reprinted the book a second time snd once again, Copyland did a great job and worked closely with me to assure a professional finished product. read more

Daniel was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Copyland for all your printing needs!

Copyland on Pico is the BEST! A friend recommended them -- and she was so right. Diego was beyond helpful, and since it was a costly job but I had a limited budget, he even worked with me on the price. My color, spiral-bound 11x17" booklets came out beautifully -- plus, when he boxed them, he put soft paper between each booklet to prevent the vinyl covers from scratching. Talk about thoughtful! read more

Copyland is awesome, I drive by and decided to check them out 1000 x more efficient than Kinkos my normal go to place. During Covid-19 they are making appointments and cranking out work in one day and same day... I love that I could speak with them on the phone, describe my job then supplement this with emails. This businees takes pride in their work and made me feel like s special customer, really giving me the best price but at the same time treating me like I was a 100,000 dollar account. Lovely staff...Perfect Prints ..owners are not greedy!! You just know they are doing good in the world. Thank You Paula, Alexander & Hannah read more

Really enjoyed my experience! The owners were super cool, hands on and very skilled! I'll be bringing all my projects here

Two-sided business card. Came in with text separated into two areas for front and back, requesting my favorite typeface 1000 cards, got a very reasonable quote. Awaited the proof email, which arrived the day before expected delivery, approved it. Called in the next day to find out when it would be ready, and the delivery date was pushed forward by only a day. It was ready when promised, it was very well done. I'm pleased, and will use them again. read more

We needed RUSH order stickers, and were in a big pinch to get them done. I found Copyland and I'M SO GLAD I DID. They were super helpful, quick to respond, and they worked with me so I could get my stickers in time. Copyland is AMAZING! When my go-to commercial printing company was unavailable, I panicked because I've used several but none (other than my go-to) provided the quality of printing I expect and desire. I took a BIG risk using Copyland sight unseen for a big and important job presentation I had and a VERY tight timeframe. No risk, no rewards. Big risk, big rewards. Copyland did NOT disappoint! Not only is their quality of work exceptional, the customer service is just as amazing. I was able to get a same-day job done beautifully. I would recommend them a thousand times! read more

I had an emergency print job because I ordered a funeral program on line, and they botched the delivery, and didn't notify me until the day before the service. I called Copyland, and they designed and printed a program that was even better than the original in less than 6 hours. They were very polite and professional, and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this business, and they will get all of my print work in the future! read more

Horrible experience. They are rude, consistently late and do not take responsability for their mistakes. The run down location and the expression on the people that works there is the reflection of the kind of experience you are going to get. I needed to scan my college transcript and my scanner was broken. I was driving towards work, punched "copy" into my GPS, and went to the first place that came up, assuming it would be cheaper than FedEx Office because it was a little hole in the wall. Walked in. Said I needed something scanned. Gave it to the girl up front. She took an inappropriately long time scanning this 2-page document, but whatever. She disappeared into the back for a few minutes. When she returned, she casually said to me: "Ok, that'll be 15 dollars." FIFTEEN dollars?! To scan 2 pages in black and white?! I responded with incredible shock and disbelief, thinking maybe she was joking, made a typo, or mixed my order up with something else. She shrugged helplessly. "Yeah, it's 15. That's what he told me." Me: "WHY is it 15 dollars? Are you SURE? It's, like, a dollar at Kinko's." She asked if I wanted her to go talk to the CFO to make sure it was right. Uh, YES PLEASE. I was sure she'd made a mistake. She came back out to report that this mysterious CFO (Wizard of Oz?) said I can have it for $10 "just this one time." Just this one time? I have a feeling he said that to her, and she wasn't supposed to repeat the "just this one time" part to me. 10 dollars is still incredibly outrageous, but she had already scanned it. I reluctantly paid the 10 bucks and got the hell out of there. I definitely will only give them my business "just that one time." read more

Went here a while ago, and got business cards "done". They took two extra days to get the order done, and then managed to chop off the top left part of the logo. When I was like, "WTF," the guy was like, "oh that's the 'bleed' ... that happens sometimes." Telling him that that still didn't make it "okay," the man who seemed to be the son's owner tried to slip one past me and tell me that it was because of the "artwork I sent them." Um, no. Nice try, lazy ass. Listen, son... $100 says I've got more graphic design experience than your sorry ass does (and I do finance for a living), and my bullshit detector went off before you even finished your weak attempt at an excuse. First, the artwork was perfectly within the limits when I sent it to you. Second, that sh*t's scalable. That's the whole point of the vector image format, which they had requested. Loss-less compression and resizing. On top of that, even if it WASN'T scalable, wouldn't you at least figure, like, "Hey... half their logo is missing... maybe that's not gonna work out so well for them when they give their cards to other people.... hmmmm" ?' Guess not. read more

I have had Copyland do both my business printing (labels, invoices) & wedding invites, Thank You cards, etc. - they have always been very professional, very helpful & I (and others) have loved how things turned out. Great quality work...but I do not recommend if you have a solid deadline to meet. I needed my business cards by a certain time and date, which I was told would be fine when I ordered, then they missed my deadline with very little remorse. In fact they didn't seem to care at all. If you have the time to wait for your order then you should be happy with the final result. Prices are somewhat high so you may want to shop around but always keep the quality of the print in mind!! read more

This was a tough one. This place was recommended by a friend of mine. I work in the area and needed some printing done in somewhat of a hurry. I yelped it and saw some negative comments so I thought "maybe not". My buddy said, just go in and met Daniel, the owner, and make up my own mind. I am not in the business of printing or graphic desigm, so I am at the mercy of the artist/business. Met Daniel, first impression was that this guy knows his stuff, and he seemed to be an honest. I was still on the bubble, I thought about the Yelp reviews and decided to go against the grain and give him a try. Without making this any longer... I was way pleased with the quality, turn around time, and price (you get what you pay for). This may be the only time that I do business here, but first impressions are important and hard to replace. One star, no...five stars, no. Four stars, for sure. Thanks for your service and hope this helps the next guy/gal out. read more

I have used Copyland for almost 5 years, mainly to order business cards. Although my designs often require some fine tuning, they always try to accommodate me, especially with my 'last-minute' orders. I feel that they deserve 5 stars. Prices and quality are good... they really offer good value. Andrea -one of the owners- is always courteous. His brother is more on the crankier side. Therefore, I deal with Andrea. This small company has great potential and, as I said, does a pretty good job if you need original yet affordable cards. read more
