CALLING ALL ACTORS!! you do NOT need to overpay for quality prints. I, like you, were worried about the quality since I had a very big meeting with a Theatrical agent. I was gonna go where everyone else goes, no names, but rhymes with "Margentum". they were gonna charge $15 for one. the only reason I didn't end up going is because I didn't have time to run to North Hollywood, but guess what?? Genesis printed out TEN high quality glossy prints for cheaper than what I would've paid for ONE. (see my pic!) I came here last Wednesday for some headshots I needed printed last minute. I found parking easily on the street but I didn't see a parking lot. Everyone who works here is super nice and I had no idea what I was doing because it was my first time trying to print a headshots but they made it super easy. They set everything up with my name, made sure the color was all good to go and asked if everything was okay throughout the whole process to ensure customer satisfaction. He then printed a sample to make sure everything was good to go before printing the rest of the copies. I used the Yelp deal for 20 headshots for $20 and they allowed me to mix and match. I was a little worried about the total because I heard there's some set up fee to set up your headshots at other places but there are no hidden fees! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN TO A COMPETENT HONEST PRINTER! I got 500 headshots printed here and they only gave me 150. When I asked them if this was 500 they tried to play it off as though the entire order was there. I literally had to stand at the desk and count each one for them. DO NOT take your printing project to Genesis. The workers do not speak much English and as a result, they cannot read the directions. I gave them a simple printing job to do - copy an 8 page phone directory front to back and staple each one separately. When I opened the package I found that three phone directories had been stapled together instead of separately. I had to pry open the 24 pages with a knife, separate the pages and then re-staple each directory. It took about 1/2 hour to do this and it left big holes in the left hand corner where I had to pry open the staple. When I spoke to the owner and asked for a refund he said I had to bring everything back even though I explained to him that I had already fixed the problem and had handed out the phone directories. He told me that I could be lying, i.e. he called me a liar and that's when I decided to write this Yelp review. Save yourself the headache of having to do your job over because these people are a joke! read more

Wow, what's up with al the hate? I have nothing but love for this company. Here's what I got: Business Cards-All I had was a pdf file that was OK. They spruced it up, got the cards ready SUPER FAST, negotiated an excellent rate then had them boxed printed and ready to go in one day (for no extra charge). One Sheets-Since they did that so well, I later had them complete my entertainment one sheets for a conference I had to attend. Each were 7 full color, double sided sheets. Not only were they compiled quickly, one of the guys helped me conceptualize the cover for the 7th one, then mocked it up at no extra cost. So to all the haters out there, I have nothing but love for this company. They completed all my printing needs in 4 days...literally. I will be going there for all of my graphic work.
