Fantastic service nice clean helpful outstanding service they have a great air conditioning very professional

Very professional and accommodating. Priced reasonably. They even resized my AI graphics to print best quality.

Once again, my boss and I were in rush to get business cards, and an important scan job, and Genesis got it done perfectly in less than half the time most of the local printshop do these kind of jobs!!! And I needed an improvement on my photo of an important doc we needed for a legal case...the picture went over to them, full of paper crinkles and difficult to reed, and VOILA! came back clear as a bell! (How did they do that ?!?) LOL. read more

CALLING ALL ACTORS!! you do NOT need to overpay for quality prints. I, like you, were worried about the quality since I had a very big meeting with a Theatrical agent. I was gonna go where everyone else goes, no names, but rhymes with "Margentum". they were gonna charge $15 for one. the only reason I didn't end up going is because I didn't have time to run to North Hollywood, but guess what?? Genesis printed out TEN high quality glossy prints for cheaper than what I would've paid for ONE. (see my pic!) Alex is a pro - but stop asking if he's Omar lol. he laid out the shots with a border and my name, and printed them while I waited. was in and out in less than 15, perfect for an actor on the go! these guys are right down the street from my place and I'm so pleased with the headshots I even put a design in for some business cards while I was waiting. 5 stars guys. thanks so much! read more

Amazing... needed some headshots printed quick. Called and they said they could. Came into store to courteous Omar. Got it set up and out the door in 15 mins. Still had money in the meter. This guy knows what he is doing as I watched him set my photos and he was on auto pilot. Can tell he's done it once or twice. Lol. No set up fees and made sure I liked the final product before printing full order. If you need headshots printed you need to bookmark this spot. They've earned my business for sure! And ask for Omar, he'll definitely take care of you. Great customer service and you can't beat the prices. read more

I've been going there for over a decade. Same guys work there, and always provide outstanding service! I've used their services for headshots and resumes and business cards. Only the kindest guys work here, Alex, Omar, Jr., Carlos and the ladies at accounting, are really really nice people. Very high quality print jobs. On time delivery and good price, not cheap... good. Everyone here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, honest, honest simple people...! I'm lucky to have a local business so near my home. In this day and age of big business, a small local store is a blessing. Thumbs up! read more

I came here last Wednesday for some headshots I needed printed last minute. I found parking easily on the street but I didn't see a parking lot. Everyone who works here is super nice and I had no idea what I was doing because it was my first time trying to print a headshots but they made it super easy. They set everything up with my name, made sure the color was all good to go and asked if everything was okay throughout the whole process to ensure customer satisfaction. He then printed a sample to make sure everything was good to go before printing the rest of the copies. I used the Yelp deal for 20 headshots for $20 and they allowed me to mix and match. I was a little worried about the total because I heard there's some set up fee to set up your headshots at other places but there are no hidden fees! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to another place for headshots. They beat every competitor in customer service, speed, and price in the area. read more

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN TO A COMPETENT HONEST PRINTER! I got 500 headshots printed here and they only gave me 150. When I asked them if this was 500 they tried to play it off as though the entire order was there. I literally had to stand at the desk and count each one for them. They refused to refund my money and told me to come back in a week to get the rest of the order. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I wish I could give 0 stars! read more

Yasss I found my printing place!!!!! So nice!!!! So professional!!!! So quick!!!!! So well done!!!!

DO NOT take your printing project to Genesis. The workers do not speak much English and as a result, they cannot read the directions. I gave them a simple printing job to do - copy an 8 page phone directory front to back and staple each one separately. When I opened the package I found that three phone directories had been stapled together instead of separately. I had to pry open the 24 pages with a knife, separate the pages and then re-staple each directory. It took about 1/2 hour to do this and it left big holes in the left hand corner where I had to pry open the staple. When I spoke to the owner and asked for a refund he said I had to bring everything back even though I explained to him that I had already fixed the problem and had handed out the phone directories. He told me that I could be lying, i.e. he called me a liar and that's when I decided to write this Yelp review. Save yourself the headache of having to do your job over because these people are a joke! read more

Genesis is AWESOME! Omar and Alex are so helpful. You want and need your headshots to look great. Genesis can make that happen.... and fast!

Excellent customer service!! Before even placing my first order, Omar has helped me go through countless samples of paper to ensure my CEO will be pleased with the final product. Even if their prices weren't so competitive, I'd pay extra for the customer service! read more

Omar and the rest of the staff at Genesis Printing helped me out with quite a few last minute wedding projects. By last minute, I mean I raced in at 10am and begged them to turnaround the projects to me that day, and they did. Omar was always friendly, responsive and really willing to work with me on budget. And the quality was PERFECT. They always gave me proofs of whatever I ordered so I could see both paper quality and ink quality. I really really recommend Genesis for any of your printing needs. They really saved my butt and I'm so grateful that this store is so close to my house because I'm never printing anything myself again. read more

I just moved my office and have been hemorraging dough getting everything set up. I was expecting to drop a couple hundred bucks on business cards, but decided to try Genesis after the owner handed me a flyer. Soooooo glad I did!!! They turned out exactly how I wanted and they only charged me $5 to design. 1000 cards for $40. MeeeeeOW!!!! I'll definitely be back for all my printing needs :) read more

Omar helped me out today and did an amazing job. I had a bunch of files I needed to get printed for my portfolio and the results were fantastic. He told me when images were too low of a resolution to print at the scale I needed, saving time and money that other companies wouldn't have told me. On top of the great customer service and quality of the prints, Omar even warned me when my car was about to get a parking ticket, which I thought was very considerate. I will definitely be returning! read more

Wow, what's up with al the hate? I have nothing but love for this company. Here's what I got: Business Cards-All I had was a pdf file that was OK. They spruced it up, got the cards ready SUPER FAST, negotiated an excellent rate then had them boxed printed and ready to go in one day (for no extra charge). One Sheets-Since they did that so well, I later had them complete my entertainment one sheets for a conference I had to attend. Each were 7 full color, double sided sheets. Not only were they compiled quickly, one of the guys helped me conceptualize the cover for the 7th one, then mocked it up at no extra cost. So to all the haters out there, I have nothing but love for this company. They completed all my printing needs in 4 days...literally. I will be going there for all of my graphic work.
