The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. Staples would have received a higher rating is not for the guy in the receiving area for Amazon returns. He definitely needs to be re-trained in customer service to acknowledge and let the waiting customer know that he's currently helping someone. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement, I was observing him the entire time. And by the time he was done, another employee from the regular customer service desk came over to help me.
