I had talked to then emailed the owner what I had needed printed he said he could get it done the same day, which was great. I did not know this but he was having his employee work on it, which is fine, if he knew what he was doing. The printing order was printed crooked on the paper. I also had an insert that was printed on 11x17 paper. There was only about 30 rows down on the sheet, last time they made it so it fit the whole sheet, which would make sense. Unfortunately, the employee did not think. He just pressed print without even looking at print preview or what they looked like once they printed. I asked him why it did not fill the whole sheet and he just shrugged his shoulders. I would have made the font bigger if I would have know that. I expected too much from them apparently, to use their noggin. I will not be returning to this place. I like supporting local businesses but its hard when they mess up the order. If you have the owner do it, it will turn out great, I wouldn't trust anyone else there.

I'm really impressed!…read more I had an appointment with another company earlier this week who canceled with zero notice and rescheduled for today, but never replied when I tried to confirm yesterday, and never showed up. So I called around, and Mohammed answered the phone when I called Laser Printer Services. He ended up being able to come same day in the late afternoon which I did not expect. He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting why the paper wouldn't feed. He called his office, requested they send him snapshots of the same printer so he could compare and figure out if something was broken, or just popped out of place. Within a half an hour, he had it working correctly, no replacement parts needed, and it only cost me the amount that he quoted for the diagnostic. This printer doesn't have a lot of miles on it, and it has a lot of great features I like, like wireless and duplex printing, so I couldn't justify replacing it as was suggested by several other companies that I called. Extremely happy - I highly recommend Mohammed.

Amidst all the hustle and bustle of wilshire blvd, this staples location felt spacious and dare I say, "Serene"? hahaha, i think my experience may have felt that way because of the excellent customer service I received. I walked to the back where the printing dept is, and a gentleman name Nate was at the counter helping someone, but he immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me. Wow! That's old school these day and I love to see it! After he was done with the initial customer, he came and asked me what I needed help with. I told him and Nate patiently and thoroughly walked me through all of the options I had available to me. Then retreated and gave me space to make my own decisions, then was there for me when I came back with more questions, and just, wow. He was so patient and helpful. I am neurodivergent and interacting with someone in customer service these days who displayed that depth of patience and understanding is so rare. I wanted to come back here and acknowledge Nate's patient and thorough assistance and say thank you and let everyone know how great it is to come across anyone these days who operates with that level of integrity.
