I have several nice things to say about Wilprint. I needed to print out 100 wedding escort cards for someone. There was slender font in the cards and I knew that it would need high resolution printing in order to look good and not pixelated. I called around several print vendors in the area (Koreatown, Wilshire, West LA). Most of them had 600dpi color printing. Wilprint had 1200dpi. It was a really fast in-and-out. Hector and Ronald were very nice people and were very reasonable with the price. They will give you pricing that is competitive with the big box stores such as Kinkos/Staples. These guys have been absolute superstars with all of my pitch documents. Mostly, when I need things printed it's a high pressure situation so it's just lovely - and a relief - to have the Wilprint guys at the other end helping me out. They calm me down and work fast. They've saved me a bunch of times with tight deadlines and people compliment my documents without fail. On a technical note - They run tests until we're all happy with the colors. Their machines are really high level. They're super friendly and I enjoy having a laugh with them before I dash off with my newly printed documents. Every review said Hector and Ron are awesome/friendly/helpful and it's so true! I needed to get a 16x20 pdf document printed asap and the naive me thought it would just be an instant pickup order. Nope. I first went to Office Depot, then Staples, then Fedex. All said their machine wasn't working today...it's a 24-hour turnaround job...we had a couple orders pending before you... blah blah blah. Basically no way I could get it today and I needed it today. I frantically looked for a local print shop as it was already 5pm. Through Yelp, I called Wilprint. I couldn't get there at that moment. They asked me to email them the file so they could start working on it. Of course it's one of those Etsy printable and password protected and all. But I got to the shop and Ron figured it out and got it printed. While I was waiting, they were so friendly and kept my toddler entertained. And the bonus, I got to pick up a beautiful print job within 30 minutes and Ron even mounted it on the frame I brought in. I will from now on go back to Hector and Ron for my printing needs.
