This is my first ever review. As a business owner I do not appreciate unjustified bad reviews without the customer contacting us first so we can resolve their issue. However I must share my bad experience with this company. I scheduled with Mohammed for a noisy printer issue. He was very nice sent a tech when he said he would. The tech identified two noises. One was repaired the other was a mystery but was not happening while he was here so he left. The noise came back the following day. I contacted Mohammed five days later thinking the noise would resolve itself plus there was a weekend in between. I requested Mohammed send the tech back for a free diagnosis as part of the prior service call and if an additional repair was needed I would be happy to pay for the additional repair. He gave me a hard time for calling him "in the morning" with my request. He called the tech while I was on the phone the tech said he made the repairs and the printer has no issues. Mohamed proceeded to tell me my printer was working perfectly and I had no issue. I told him it was making the same noise, he was wrong, I was offended that he implied I was making something up. After a heated argument he then told me he would send the tech back as I requested but he would never work for me again. I told him don't bother I do not want his company anywhere near my business again. The bottom line I spent $340.00 granted $215 of it was for a replacement cartridge that repaired the primary noise (So I think?) so the $125.00 service call for the diagnosis I felt was not completed since the noise was still happening. His website says they guarantee all repairs for 6 months and he treated me very poorly when I reported I was having the same issue I called them for in the first place. The bottom line do not use this company if you expect them to stand behind their service. read more

When it comes to HP printers and plotters I have never met someone more knowledgeable than Mohammed. Our Ricoh plotter went down for an extended period of time as we are still waiting for a replacement ink collector (something that should be easy to get), so we wanted to fall back to our HP T1100 plotter as a backup, but the HP had a bad belt and hasn't been used in over a year, so it required service before we could use it. With no ability to plot drawings, we needed an immediate solution. Our after-warranty contract was expired and HP wouldn't renew it or provide support, so they recommended Laser Printer Services. Within an hour of placing our call, Mohammed was here with parts in hand ready to roll. I was surprised at the availability, normally we have to wait longer for service. He had the whole plotter taken apart in 5 minutes flat, and was quick to point out the missing screws and incorrect re-assembly that another service technician did a while back. A little over an hour later, he had replaced two parts and the plotter was working again. Mohammed definitely knows what he's doing, it shows in his confidence, preparedness and speed of his work. The difference is huge, I have seen other technicians show up and just scratch their head for an hour before finally determining they don't have the part they need. Also compare this with the service we get from Ricoh, who is making us wait 3+ days for an ink collector while it is (now was) our only functional plotter. We are happy to have the HP back in good shape, and I'm confident Mohammed can service all our future needs with it. Some faith in HP was restored today. Great job Mohammed! My wife runs a small print business for artist. She has a 42" large formate Design Jet printer-800ps. She made a commitment to run 100 copies, for a local artist, to donate to a charity, by a certain day. It should have been no problem but her machine shut down, after just a few prints were run. We called Mohammed, after we were swindled by another "cosplay" repairman who did not fix our HP T2500 plotter and gave us expired printing cartridges from 2022 while telling us that Barbara Streisand was his best friend. Ok sure. Luckily, Mohammed came to our plotter rescue, he was fast efficient and to the point. He walked into our firm and took firm control of the situation, immediately the head architect took an instant liking to him and the black jeans he was wearing. Dressed in black like a ninja, he got to working, never removing his sunglasses. Very knowledgable person, quite the talker, but what mattered is that he got to the bottom of the mystery and confirmed we were ripped off by that cosplay actor repairman. He was at our firm for less than hour. Customer satisfaction, he was paid and away he went like the enigma that he was. We had difficulties with our HP printer and I called LPS. We got an immediate response back telling us that the service technician would be out the next morning. The service technician was on time and very polite. He checked the whole printer out and after exausting all options he took the printer to his office to be looked at further. The following day a gentlemen called to tell me that he spent 4 + hours on it and found that the printer cartridge sent to us from another compnay was the wrong one. He explained in full detail what the problem was and had his technician bring our printer back and hook it all up and test it here the following day. I was amazed that he only charged $260.00 for so many hours of his time and 3 trips to my office including taking and bringing back the printer. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Mohammad answered the phone, it was not a machine, I asked him if they repaired HP large format plotters, he, "Yes", Mohammad asked what was the problem , I told him the problem and then he said if you want I can be there in 2 hours to repair it, I have the part you need. Needless to say, Mohammad was at my door in Upland, in 2 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was fast and efficient. At the end he ran a test print and my plotter ran just like it did when I purchased it in 2005. He reminded me that everything was guaranteed for six months and not to hesitate to call him with any questions or problems. There was no down time or loss of revenue. Fortuitously called laser prior services on a Saturday in a gentleman pick up the phone [Mohamed]. Although they were not open he spent time with me-over the phone to reset-activate a Hewlett-Packard multifunction printer/scanner. I had spent 4 days-with every Internet search possible and could not resurrect the machine. He was not only gentleman but spent the time necessary and actually got the machine working perfectly. It is rare that you find not only a service that works but better yet-a gentleman as well. He did not try to sell me a "new machine" as I have run into so many times in the past-including going directly through Hewlett-Packard. Laser Printer Service is Great! We discussed my issues and they explained that my Printer HP LaserJet was quite old and depending on what was wrong, parts might be hard to get. Well it was DOA, but that was actually not a surprise. They offered me a great deal on a newer, faster, refurbished HP LaserJet. It is faster, does duplex printing (old HP didn't do that) and more. Better still, it came with a new Genuine HP Toner Cartridge. They even gave me a 1-year warranty. All for less that what I could find for a similar, refurbished, HP without a Toner Cartridge. I emailed printer services about 2 printers that were giving me problems, and the owner Mohamed contacted me immediately to schedule a service appointment. Mohamed sent one of his employees to service my all in-one HP printer. To my surprise, my printer was serviced and repaired that same day. I needed help setting up my HP printer and I called Laser Printer Services by mistake, thinking I was getting HP. Mohammed answered the phone and I was so surprised that he was willing to help me figure out how to set it up.
