Where do I start? I experienced an awesome introduction and breakdown of the issue I was experiencing when I mentioned the problem to Henry over the phone. Henry was able to come out and diagnose what was going on after we set a scheduled date as it couldn't really be done over the phone (was as soon as the next day). No more looking around for professional printer repair companies around my company. One of our major printers broke down and needed immediate repair. I've tried all the routing checks and possible troubleshooting and couldn't resolve the issue. I spoke to Henry over the phone and he said will be at my office at 9:00am next morning since it was evening already. Didn't catch the guy's name, but I explained the problem (print head stuck all the way to the right on my HP Officejet Pro 8630) and he informed me of a way to un-stick the print head. Warned that it was possible to break the head and/or track if I used too much force. I used a long flat head screw driver and pried on the print head and it worked. My printer is back working again.
