I got my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced here because my screen was cracked. A few things: 1. A single dead red pixel towards the right of the screen 2. Phone would randomly glitch 3. Battery life drains much faster 4. Bluetooth would cut out and cut back in I had hoped to get a brand new screen hoping it might be a faulty screen that was used to replace my screen(60 day warranty). The clerk and told me he needed me to show proof so he can replace the screen. Okay cool. 1. I tried showing him the dead pixel by taking a picture of a black surface so the red pixel would show. He couldn't see it. It's a lot easier to see when in a dark room. But I was still able to see it. It's just frustrating to show because an iPhone 11 Pro Max has 2688x1242 pixel resolution and trying to show him a SINGLE pixel is annoying. BUT IT IS STILL VISIBLE! 2. He wanted me to show my phone glitch as proof. I stood there for 30-40 minutes TRYING to get my phone to glitch. It's not like I can forcefully make my phone glitch. It just happens for 0.5 a second and it's very subtle. 80% of the time he wasn't even paying attention because he was helping other customers. 3. I stated that battery life on the phone would drain a lot faster if the screen was replaced with something aftermarket(which it is). On the official website on Apple it states: "If a service provider uses nongenuine display parts, the following might also occur: Unintentional battery drain" All I simply wanted was to get my screen reserviced by replacement HOPING it was just a faulty aftermarket screen. Clearly they don't claim their 60 day warranty here. Despite my efforts I recommend going to a reputable shop with lots of reviews. I took my chance with the shop trying to support a business with less reviews, but clearly that was a mistake. Note: this shop needs some cleaning. If I found a fly in the display case for products, then how can I trust them opening up my phone, and may introduce dust particles in my phone? This place needs some work. read more

I recommend this place as they had the integrity and professionalism to right a wrong. I had an iPhone SE (2020, 2nd generation) with a bad battery. I called and Jonathon answered the phone with a good professional demeanor. I asked for a repair and its quote. The quote was very reasonable, so I went. Gave the phone and got my battery replaced. No problem there. Unfortunately, prior to sealing the phone, it was probably the case that the alcohol utilized when working on the phone was not fully dry. The screen started being weird at night. As a result, the alcohol messed up my LCD screen as indicated by portions of the screen being dim as well as interfered with the camera connection (camera wasn't working). I went back the next day and explained what was happening. Jonathon tried to fix it by heating it first. The camera was working again. It did something to the LCD screen, but it wasn't good. But Jonathon said he will replace the LCD screen on their behalf! Although it wasn't an OEM Apple screen, I think this was more than enough to solve the problem. He could have just told me to pay for the repair or get lost, but he didn't (I wouldn't have paid). Came back next day to my phone with a new battery and new LCD screen. Not the most optimal experience (could have just correctly installed the battery and have no problems after), but Jonathon made it up for it with his integrity and professionalism. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my daughters iPad here for a simple screen replacement, and while they did fix the screen, they managed to break the home button, and now the button does not work and the screen is lifting from the base. I called them to request that they fix the iPad and they told me to come in during business hours. I came to the shop at 5:30 today 1/5/24 and no one was in the shop, but all the lights were on. Another customer had been waiting at the shop since 445. if you can take your product elsewhere to get fixed or even back to Apple, I would highly recommend to do so. They charge me $200 and can't even be in the store during stated business hours to complete the repair for an issue they caused. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS SHOP RUINED MY PHONE. The quality of work is extremely poor and I won't give them my business again. I came her to get my front screen repaired and was returned a third party screen AND frame, and also the back glass not closing properly. I was not told that they were going to use any third party parts. I returned the next day to have them close the back glass and it still didnt work. So i looked online MYSELF, to find an original frame, and asked them to replace the third party frame that they used. When i got back this replacement, the back glass STILL was not closing correctly and the vibration motor was dammaged, as it was making a noise similar to the motor being loose and hitting the frame, and the microphone had begun to make an echo while on speaker. I asked for my money back and after some negotiation, I was refunded only the parts and not the labor. (I got the short end of the stick on that one). When i went to a third party to find out what exactly happened to my phone, I was shown that there was super glue haphazardly placed in multiple places within my phone.
