Johnny was great! I had accidentally stripped some screws on my steam deck while trying to upgrade the internal storage and couldn't get the screws out at all! I took my device to a repair shop at the mall but he couldn't get the screws out and told me the only way might be to cut out the back of the device. I almost gave up but found Johnny on yelp and gave him a call. He was very professional and cordial on the phone and less than 5 mins later I was on my way to see if he could help.
