Solomon's HDD Recovery service was very professional, thorough, and a quick turnaround (less than a…read moreweek). Data was recovered as promised. I had 20 or so years of mp3s, photos, movies, and videos that was lost when my single volume D:\ shared across two 512gb hdd was removed causing all of my data to disappear. Solomon was able to recover 99% of the data and back into its original folders. I'm giving a four star instead of five because the service was relatively pricey $699 compared to other quotes I received, however HDD Recovery was a lot closer to where I live. Also, because my hard drives were relatively full, some important financial files I had in the root directory were not recoverable. Regardless, I'd still recommend if price is not a concern and if you value years worth of data recovered for whatever reason, convenience or sentimentality.

IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

5 Stars! Mr. Park is awesome. Fast service, and great pricing. Was a bit bummed when my iPhone speakers stopped working. Was worried it was going to be over the top expensive to fix. Called Apply many times, and each time kept getting disconnected after going through there "automated system" -- Searched online a bit and found IFIX smartphone. Called them up, and Mr. Park told me to come on down. Was in and out in probably 10mins or so. Was worried I'd have to leave my phone over night but nope. And then I was telling him about a problem my husband had with his iPhone (we had taken it to apple and they said it couldn't be repaired) Mr. Park said "oh yeah I could have fixed that." :) Defiantly going back to him with any future smartphone problems. read more

I cannot recommend this establishment. I believe the materials used are of low quality. I recently had my phone screen repaired, and after a minor fall from my bed to the floor, it broke in the same manner as before. I have dropped my Apple device numerous times without any issues. Unfortunately, this repair did not even last a month before it broke again, indicating poor quality. Given the price paid, it would be wiser to seek a service that offers a warranty, as this provider does not offer any guarantee and utilizes subpar materials. read more
