I brought in a Dell Laptop with a broken keyboard. I had bought a new keyboard from Amazon but realized replacing it was a little out of my level of expertise. Fixudevice came to my rescue and now the laptop is as good as new. read more

What I meant to say on my previous review that I did not notice, meaning I just realised the frame was damged. I am unable to reply to the comment so I had to post this new one. When I went my concern was the screen, I picked it up late at night when the store was closing so I did not see the dents. I was about to activate the phone days later and I noticed the dents on the edges. That is the reason it was not reported ASAP. Also, the screen is not properly installed. As mentioned, I know how to replace screens and I have got screens replaced from other business and I have never seen this type of work. If you notice that screen is popping out. This is my experience and I will stand by it. read more

Took my laptop in to get it checked as it was hard freezing quite a bit. I was in and out with my issue resolved in under an hour. The price was also by far the lowest and most reasonable I've seen after quoting various other locations. Would highly recommend read more

I took my laptop in because it was ruining super slow. And they determined it isn't my laptop, it's my internet connection! They didn't charge! God bless this business! read more

I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. This shop is highly technically proficient, performing micro soldering on a board with some of the cleanest work I have ever seen. They also made it clear that they would complete the repair assessment free of charge, and would only charge me if they believed they could successfully complete the repair. (not all repair shops do this) They were definitely quick, getting the work back to me within 24 hours. The rate they charged was exactly what they quoted me. The price was so reasonable and the quality of their work was so good that I felt compelled to tip them. My repair was on the board of an alarm system where the battery port had ripped off. The replacement cost for the panel plus labor to re-program the sensors would have been between $1,000 and $1500. The shop charged me a very small fraction of this cost to complete the repair. So if you have an expensive electronic device that breaks, give these guys a call first before replacing it. They just might save the day! read more

Funny enough, I'm giving this review on the laptop they had fixed for me, battery working very well of course too! I looked around and did some research on electronic device repairs around me and this place came up out of many! However, what stuck out was their immediate/quick response to my inquiries. Upon visit, everything was clear and my laptop drop off was quick. The employee had also notified me that the repair would take 2-3 days due to the battery delivery. I accepted this, placed a deposit and behold 2-3 days later I received a notification that my device was ready for pick up! They took the liberty of also making sure the charging time and charging amount was working as designed too! I paid for the rest of my repair and was very pleased with my visit. Great value per dollar spent, great place and very great communication. They definitely know how to help out their guests. read more

From the quick response time, to the good prices, and cleanliness in work, everything was great! the employees are very nice and very communicative, which is very appreciated. I needed help with my laptop computer and after going to Best Buy to see The Geek Squad, where I was told it would be 3-4 days. (without them even looking at my computer) I started to look for recommendations. I found Julio at his store here on Euclid in Anaheim. He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes while I stood there. He also fixes Cell phones, Ipods, and Tablets. This man and his son do excellent work, they are kind, responsive, genuine people, and they know what they are doing. The shop is clean (spotless) and comfortable. Highly recommend. The prices are great. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! read more

Needed 12.9" iPad screen replaced. They provided one of the lowest quotes. They were able to do it in short order and also provided a screen protector for new Yelp customers. They did what they said they would and gave me a rundown of their other findings when they were fixing my screen. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more
