3/16/26 Less than 24hs the replacement screen is bad. Andy is late and forgot about the appointment. After he arrived and replaced the his bad screen he want to charge me for another screen and work. He does not warranty his work. be very careful, maybe this is how he makes repeat money giving u defective screen and end up replacing it again so he can charge you again. Remember this is less than 24hrs of his work. This guy is very dishonest. don't trust a word he say. pay a little more and find a store that will honor their work. Sneaky surprise fees. Be careful. He is actually a very nice guy. But his strategy in making you spend more is VERY SNEAKY. He will cheat you out of your money. My first repair went great. He fixed the LCD great and got the iPad to work well. But my kid then got water on it, so we had to get it repaired again at full price... our fault, of course, so we were OK spending the amount again. However, with the second repair, the iPad began glitching immediately and stopped working, as shown in the attached images. He said he would come fix it the next day for free, as I thought there would be a warranty or something on an LCD that didn't work. His exact text said, "So I have to order another LCD that is the only solution in this time I can stand it for you for free my heart was for you. You spending a lot of money." So then he shows up and makes me pay for another LCD even if the prior one was broken from the start.
