The next day, the screen started to glitch and not work, so I brought it in, and that's when he said: "oh the screen also has water damage". Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST. read more

This store is a scam. They swapped out my original iPhone 12 display without my consent! Went to the store on Tuesday, 4/23, at 6pm for an iPhone battery replacement, was told that it will take 30 minutes for the job. Then another customer came in 5 mins later complaining the ear piece didn't work after the repair so the guy just dropped my phone and spent all the time fixing the other phone. At 6:45pm, he finished the other customer's phone and I asked him how long it would take for the battery replacement, he said he was on it and it would take another 5 mins. Then 15 mins later (7pm) he came back and told me that my screen protector had a crack so he gave me a new one for free. But then I realized that my phone display is not the same anymore because of the COLOR was dimmed and lost all the shapeness. Then I went to SETTING and found out that I have TWO error messages. Both telling me about the UNKNOWN PART as it's no longer a genuine part from Apple. One is for the Battery and the other for the Display. He obviously swapped out my display. I asked that guy why it's showing the message and that guy said it's normal and it will go away after the battery is fully charged. Since I need to rush home I didn't argue. The next few days I tried to call and text the store and tried to get my original display back, they just wouldn't reply or answer. I am getting ready to take it to small claim court for this. I just wanted to say that this person and establishment are fraudulent. My boyfriend went in to unlock a phone that was going to be a gift to his mother. He paid Sean Shahifar 80 dollars cash. Unfortunately, Mr. Sean apparently unlocked it, but when my bf picked it up and later saw that the phone was still locked, Sean then said that he could not unlock it, WHICH is totally fine. Sean agreed to give my boyfriend OUR money back. After a couple weeks, it was excuse after excuse. I was getting impatient, but my boyfriend can be a little too nice. Sean had agreed to give the money back so we can go and try somewhere else Or we could just buy a new phone. So, I texted with him through my boyfriend's phone and also texted his wife through my phone. It has now been about 2 months. My boyfriend doesn't really care, but I DO. That was money as well. I am livid; both of them basically just scammed us. Sean made his wife send me money through cash app, venmo, and we tried Zelle (aparently they don't have that). Finally, Sean's wife sent me $80 through ApplePay, but what a shocker! It was pending for 2 days. Mind you, I normally get my ApplePay payments ASAP. So when it took 2 days, I knew something was fishy. Looked at it the next day, and it says "cancelled" Another shocker... Then Sean tries to gaslight me into thinking that it was an issue with my bank and that my account got flagged as fraudulent. Which is totalll CAP. On top of that, his wife says, "This is unprofessional.". I'm SORRY?? But the way YOU are running your business is unprofessional, and you have no customer service or business ethics. That doesn't even make sense. So then I had my boyfriend send me $100 to see if it deposited ASAP, and it did. Unfortunately, my boyfriend did not do his research before going to this establishment. At this point, they can keep the 80 dollars because it seems like they need it more than I do. The business is rundown. it pains me to write this, but i had my phone repaired by apple for a subsequent event and it turned out that apple notified me i had a critical piece missing and refused to repair my phone. In the end of this, though i have to be clear that my phone repair for this time was not due to my original repair with ultimate wireless, the missing piece is without a doubt must have occurred during my first repair with this service. Whether it was intended or not, (ill just assume that it was on accident, my honest advice after all of this is to just use apple repair for any phone relate d issues. From the hitting point, I believe he smashed with screws or small hammer. He might thought he can use another back screen to cover all this up. Unfortunately, I get the chance to redeem my phone back from the part time employee. That's how I can share all these evidence. I don't have to go through the entire stories. It's taken me some time to write this bad review, but I decided to do it for the sake of other customers. I have screenshots of my text messages. It was between texting and phone conversations. 10/6/21 - I called to have my Note 20 repair for a broken digitizer and spoke to Sean. He asked me to complete the online appointment on their site which I did. He called me back and said that he can drive out to my house and complete the repair the next day. He was very professional and nice on the phone. 10/7/21 - On the day and time of the appointment, no one came. I called back and he said the technician's car overheated on the freeway and couldn't come. He said he will complete the job, but it will be in the afternoon which I was okay with. He texted that he will be late and will arrive after the store is closed between 7:45-8:00 and 100% promised that he will show. At 7:20 pm he said 20 minutes to arrive. He did not show up. 10/8/21 - The next day, I called the store and someone told me that Sean will call me back, he did not (what else is new right?) so I called back. I finally got a hold of him and he told me he got locked out of his Tesla and his phone died in the car. Okay, I'll take that. We've all had our bad days. He PROMISED to show up early next morning on Saturday and will throw some freebies like a case and screen protector and a lifetime warranty on the repair... 10/9/21 - Saturday came and went and now show as expected. 10/12/21 - So I called him again and after he realized who I was, he hung up the phone and I got a text saying that he was in a parking garage and will call me back... This is the first time in my life that a write a bad review but I do that for honesty to warn others. He asked me to write a good review initially and he discounted 10$ for that. Sean will be nice to you until you come back to him with the screen he replaced with any defect, then you will see a different person ... he changed my screen for $160 then its lower half stop responding after about 40 days ( He mentioned that warranty is 1 year from Oct 16, 2020) when I press any button in the lower part of screen it needs 4 to 5 trials to respond. Initially he mentioned that he already changed the screen again!!. then when I noticed it is the same screen ( as I saw the mark of my previous screen protector) I asked him again .. did you change it ? He said no I fixed it .. then I found that it has the same problem and he didn't even try to open it .. he started shouting and saying do you think it will come back as the factory quality. I told him it is supposed to as I payed the same amount that LG asked for to fix .. He tried to convince me that the problem is in my finger click power !!?? He was very angry and asked to leave the phone to him with shouting and when I asked him when to come and take it he mentioned ( I do not know!!) then next day he didn't respond to any message or call.
