I'm not usually the type of person who seeks out help whenever it comes to technology. Not that I enjoy blowing smoke up my own ass by any means, I'm a naturally curious techie. They solder ram to motherboards, they mix up different obscure parts with similar ones and they lock us out of their meaninglessly simple unix operating systems. and most of all, needing a lazer to fix a cellphone? sheesh. the ghost of steve jobs would be so pissed, considering he stole the inception of the internet from al gore. anyways, I live on the border of tustin and irvine. Verizon is crazy for the deals they offer if you sell your soul to major mobile, and i wanted the stupid huge discount on the new 13 pro max. thats so many generations of the same looking interface if you think about it. pretty wild if you ask me. where's my finger print scan via digitizer unlock TIM? and then thats when i met sean sean's a goofball. he'd give you the shirt off his back in a heartbeat, and i haven't met many people his age that work as hard as him. but what a great dude. Back in December, I came by this store because I cracked the screen on my iPhone. I was happy with the service then and gave him a good Yelp review. Fast forward a few months later (this week), I cracked the screen again so I reached out to him for another screen replacement. This second visit the service was not the same. As a matter of fact, it was horrendous. I called and asked him if I could come by his store to replace the screen on my iphone. He said yes and asked me to bring it by his shop. I drove tire to meet him and he asked me to let him work on it and to return back in an hour and a half. I went to grab dinner and returned to the store at the agreed time. He wasn't there and I had to wait another hour or so. Later when I returned home, I realized that the screen on my iPhone would glitch whenever I put it on a wireless charger. I called and texted him multiple times the next day but he didn't respond. Several days passed and I called again, he finally answered. I told him about the problem with the screen glitching whenever I put it on a wireless charger. He asked me to bring it by his store later that day. I went back to his store but he couldn't fix the problem. He asked me to go back to his shop the following day (today) since he needed to get another part to fix the charger on my iPhone. He told me he would be at his shop till 8pm. I drove back to his store at 6:45pm today and waited for almost an hour. He wasn't there. I called and texted him but he didn't respond. I wasted so much of my time going to his store over and over. He replaced my screen but now I can't charge my iPhone on a wireless charger. I suggest that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner is flaky. Worst of all, your phone may have more problems after he works on it and you will end up having more issues than before. BEWARE!!! read more

Very shady, talks a good game AVOID at all costs! -Horrible repair skills and cheap parts. Don't go for the cheapest place like I did (he was about $120 less for two phones than the nearest competitor). Once your phone's screen is non-responsive and slow to the touch you know it had to do with putting cheap parts in your phone (like so many other reviewers on this page). Had two iPhones screens replaced by Sean. The replacement screens are low quality LED not the OLED that he said he replaced on one of my phones. He will also play that game when you send him a picture of your phone and he says he can replace for $80 and when he comes to meet you in person tells you it is $120 because it is an iPhone XS (should have ran when that happened) so not sure the point of sending pictures of my specific phone. I asked him if he can see the difference between a LCD and OLED but he said his eyes were not good. I think you are in the wrong profession if you are telling customers your vision is bad - but probably just an excuse to justify his horrible repair job with glue pouring out of the bezel and screen that never really sits flush to the body/frame. I eventually just bought a new phone since I didn't want to deal with him putting identical low quality parts and have him destroy the phone further with his shoddy repair skills as other reviewers have stated. It was 805 P.M. I dropped my cell phone and had a white screen. I ran over to T Mobile and they were closed. Without my cell phone I was dead in the water. This has got to be the worst experience in getting a repair. I gave him an iPad that was not charging due to the charge port (Apple Diagnosed but they don't offer repair). It was supposed to be a one day deal. It turned into a total nightmare. A week had gone by and the iPad was not returned. It was 5 missed appointments. Many excuses and delays. By the it was brought back, I plugged it in to realize that nothing was fixed, it would not charge still and the screen had finger prints on the inside of the screen and damage to the sides which was in perfect condition before. I dropped it off again to fix the damage they created. They claimed to have replaced the screen, the charging port and the battery. I was expecting the iPad back when I got I call stating that it is now overheating (it never did that before) and that the battery was leaking (this is supposedly the 3rd battery they changed). He refunded me the money for the trouble. But now I have in iPad that is more damaged than before, no power, bad screen, damage to the motherboard, and a bad charging port. Terrible experience with ultimate wireless solutions!  They have done phone screen repair  and returned it with broken camera. They said not to worry since they have warranty and will fix it. But they never came to fix it. Sean was rude, hang up on all my calls. So I lost money and I lost my phone. I was so angry that I filed the complain to BBB. I even wanted to open a small court case but too much time to spend on that. Please don't do business with Sean and this company. They are not nice people and they don't care for customers.
