This store is a scam. They swapped out my original iPhone 12 display without my consent! Went to the store on Tuesday, 4/23, at 6pm for an iPhone battery replacement, was told that it will take 30 minutes for the job. Then another customer came in 5 mins later complaining the ear piece didn't work after the repair so the guy just dropped my phone and spent all the time fixing the other phone. At 6:45pm, he finished the other customer's phone and I asked him how long it would take for the battery replacement, he said he was on it and it would take another 5 mins. Then 15 mins later (7pm) he came back and told me that my screen protector had a crack so he gave me a new one for free. But then I realized that my phone display is not the same anymore because of the COLOR was dimmed and lost all the shapeness. Then I went to SETTING and found out that I have TWO error messages. Both telling me about the UNKNOWN PART as it's no longer a genuine part from Apple. One is for the Battery and the other for the Display. He obviously swapped out my display. I asked that guy why it's showing the message and that guy said it's normal and it will go away after the battery is fully charged. Since I need to rush home I didn't argue. The next few days I tried to call and text the store and tried to get my original display back, they just wouldn't reply or answer. I am getting ready to take it to small claim court for this. Attached are the error messages from my phone. Stay away from this shop.

I just wanted to say that this person and establishment are fraudulent. My boyfriend went in to unlock a phone that was going to be a gift to his mother. He paid Sean Shahifar 80 dollars cash. Unfortunately, Mr. Sean apparently unlocked it, but when my bf picked it up and later saw that the phone was still locked, Sean then said that he could not unlock it, WHICH is totally fine. Sean agreed to give my boyfriend OUR money back. After a couple weeks, it was excuse after excuse. I was getting impatient, but my boyfriend can be a little too nice. Sean had agreed to give the money back so we can go and try somewhere else Or we could just buy a new phone. So, I texted with him through my boyfriend's phone and also texted his wife through my phone. It has now been about 2 months. My boyfriend doesn't really care, but I DO. That was money as well. I am livid; both of them basically just scammed us. Sean made his wife send me money through cash app, venmo, and we tried Zelle (aparently they don't have that). Finally, Sean's wife sent me $80 through ApplePay, but what a shocker! It was pending for 2 days. Mind you, I normally get my ApplePay payments ASAP. So when it took 2 days, I knew something was fishy. Looked at it the next day, and it says "cancelled" Another shocker... Then Sean tries to gaslight me into thinking that it was an issue with my bank and that my account got flagged as fraudulent. Which is totalll CAP. On top of that, his wife says, "This is unprofessional.". I'm SORRY?? But the way YOU are running your business is unprofessional, and you have no customer service or business ethics. That doesn't even make sense. So then I had my boyfriend send me $100 to see if it deposited ASAP, and it did. Unfortunately, my boyfriend did not do his research before going to this establishment. At this point, they can keep the 80 dollars because it seems like they need it more than I do. The business is rundown. I just wanted to write this review to deter future customers from this business.

Do NOT take your phone here, I brought my Samsung galaxy 5g to fix cracked screen, They literally cut off my cable for antenna, I cannot make phonecalls only wifi, and my camera don't work, my brand new Samsung 21 is now Junk, I'm out 900 bucks thanks to this horrible place. I cracked my iPhone X screen (again) late on a Saturday night. Unable to bear the thought of going without my phone for one full night, I drove around the Tustin area and luckily stumbled across this place off of Irvine Blvd and Fashion. They were pretty much the only place open in the slew of office complexes on the street. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem with my phone and even pointed out the issues caused by the previous company who had "fixed" my iPhone. I've been here before to get MY iPhone XR fixed. This time the front and back camera were messed up. The first guy fixed MY screen with with no issues and had to order MY back camera Which was no issue an at all (thank you) next day Mike was there to fix it and we had an accident lol. I broke the screen on my moto g 6 play when I dropped it while walking my dog. I found this place online, and I'm glad that I did. I came in to drop the phone off in person at the Tustin location and the owner was nice, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable on phone repair. The price was very reasonable, considering Shawn put in extra work when the new phone screen was coming out a bit too dim. He worked on the phone until the job was done just right. When it was finished the phone was delivered to me at my front door. Convenient. Excellent service, reasonable price, and high quality work. What else is there to say? Except thank you! ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I got my screen replaced by him and all seemed to be fine except the screen corners kept popping off. He told me it was normal. WHAT!!?? I brought it to him to repair and it didn't work. Now all four corners don't stay. He has been almost impossible to get a hold of and won't repair it. The last instance he told me, "I've been having personal problems". I just wanted my screen fixed but it became this crazy waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing Sean. read more

We had an iPad Pro with a broken screen. Sean was very quick to respond and gave us a quote that was very competitive, so we gave him our business and we were very happy with the finished product! I scheduled to drop off the iPad (about 20 minutes between when I spoke to him and when I arrived) and Sean looked like he was frazzled as he was trying to run to the store to purchase parts for another customer. I just happened to get there before he left, which was odd since he knew I was on my way. He was able to look at my iPad and told me he'd have it to me that day and would even drop it off at my house since I live nearby. He was true to his word and brought the iPad to us with a fixed screen. Sean is a young guy who is good at what he does and I hope his business practices become a bit less chaotic. I highly suggest Sean and his company to get your phone fixed. I needed mine done ASAP . He delivered . It was really late when I gave his assistant my phone like 10ish. I had a lot of back and front damage as well internal cleaning . It took a while to fix as the process to clean the inside and fix the back glass takes a while . He delivered my phone @1am. Which was awesome he was willing to go the extra mile to do that. I really believe that is customer service. I really needed it done that night and glad I found him. read more

Overall Good experience with changing my daughter's iPhone 6 battery. I would give 5 stars, but there was one disappointment with the replacement. 5 stars - good communication, quick work, driving out to my home to fix the phone, and very good price! 3 stars - suboptimal battery quality (iOS 11.3 tells you how "healthy" your battery is. The newly replaced battery showed only 90%. Sean said it would change after 100% charged which I didn't believe because the state of battery health doesn't change based on the percentage of battery charged. I own a Tesla vehicle...I think I have some knowledge in Lithium ion battery more than a general public.) If he used a better quality battery, I would give 5 stars for all. His price was unbeatable, however. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a very good battery quality, I say try a different place. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. I brought my iPad in to get the screen fixed back in November, and was told it would take a week. However, a week went by and I heard nothing from them. I had to repeatedly call and text to get any response. When they finally came by with my iPad, they didn't even bother to check if it worked, and it wouldn't turn on. They took it back to their shop to fix it, but over a month went by and I heard nothing despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The person I was dealing with claimed to have been reaching out to me, but there was no indication that they had actually tried. They then said they would order me a new iPad and have it ready for me at the beginning of January 2023, but when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it because it was in the manager's girlfriend's car. This is completely unacceptable - why wasn't my iPad in the shop for pickup? To make matters worse, the person I was dealing with apparently had a medical emergency and the new person helping me was extremely unhelpful. I paid in cash, but now they're claiming that it hasn't been paid. It's clear that this place has serious issues with communication, organization, and customer service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. In fact, I would recommend reading the other one-star reviews, which seem to confirm that many other people have had similarly terrible experiences. To date, I have yet to receive my iPad or any meaningful updates. It seems like they took my money, messed up my iPad, and are now saying they are not responsible for it. I haven't had great experiences with phone repairs. I had previously taken my phone to get the cracked screen fixed by another place. After two weeks of the repair my screen went out completely. I was referred by a friend to ultimate wireless solutions so I thought let me give it a try. I went in and explained my situation and sean the guy who did the repair opened up my phone and showed me what was wrong with the last repair and why my screen had gone out. He was able to replace the screen within 15 minutes right in front of me and there was my phone again good as brand new. He was so helpful and made sure to explain to me step by step what he was going to do which put my mind at ease. Had a great experience and not only did he fix what had gone wrong by the last repair, he also gave me a one year warranty In case anything goes wrong in the future with what he had repaired. I've had several broken iPhones and androids throughout my lifetime and I always end up finding shops at the malls but the service is always overpriced, they take long, and they're always rude. It's as if they just want to make the money and get rid of me. I've had previous situations where the parts were defective and when I come back the companies never treat me good and they warranty my stuff with a negative attitude as if it was my fault. Repaired my phone here a few months ago, my drunk girlfriend grabbed my phone and threw it and broke it, came back and I got a great discount on the screen for being a repeat customer. Was treated very well and respected and he seemed to really know what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place. I will never go anywhere else. This man is a SAINT, he saved me from having to call out of work (I'm on call during graveyard shift) when I came in about an hour before they were closing.... Rude on my behalf, I know, but it was an emergency, so I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did... I didn't get the young gentleman's name but he was super nice, let me know exactly what was wrong with my phone and offered good reasonable prices. I even got a discount for deciding to repair my back screen along with the front, which I'm extremely grateful for. This company is legitimate and I highly recommend this place. OH, also, there was an issue with the card I was using to pay for the repairs, but I was still able to pay as they offered a few different solutions just when I thought I was screwed. I walked into this store with a broken phone that seemed to be far from coming back. Now it's perfectly fixed and almost like-new with a new matte screen protector + reinforcing case. Had it all done in a timely manner. The owner of the shop was very polite, happy to help and happy to inform me on my phone and the mechanism on how the screen works, front and also the back as well. I had spent all day trying to work with Apple on getting my phone screen repaired. They were going to charge me $148 for the repair and it was going to take "at least a week." In desperation, I turned to independent repair shops to fix my phone. Shahid picked up immediately when I called and was able to come to my house for. A repair within 3 hours. He was very kind and only charged me $80 as opposed to the $148 Apple was going to charge me. And the best part: he only took 20 minutes to repair the screen. This place is great! They do it all and at a more than affordable price range. It was half what I expected to pay for my iPhone screen repair. Super helpful as well. I just got my iPhone screen replaced for super cheap and it was done super fast. He also replaced the battery that was starting to go on me for me. I called and said I wouldn't make it until 15 minutes before they closed, and he was nice enough to wait for me to get there and stay a bit after he normally closed. I also got a nice phone case for $15 and there was no labor charge for replacing my screens and battery. I feel like I got a new phone! read more

Went in for a front and back glass repair on an iPhone 8 and left with my camera and flashlight not working after going to Sean's shop 3 times due to him not having the parts and not being able to figure out what the problem was finally went to a well established phone repair place by my house (by the way I'm from LA) and when they opened the phone right in front of me there was screws missing from brackets chips on the plastic from excessive drilling and my mother board was fried . Was told by the repair man once the mother board is fried it's time for a new phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Went in for a camera Fix due to it being cracked. Let me tell u this place is Hands down the best iPhone repair in OC! My man fixed the whole camera & the flash In 30 min. The quality of work that they do here is unreal it's worth the time TRUST ME. They give u a time when they Say it's gunna be done & no waiting for 1-2 hours waiting for that phone call to be finished. Wow! Just wow. Was in desperate need to have my iPhone fixed last minute. IPhone had randomly stopped working. Sean figured out the issue quickly--it was the LCD and the phone battery that had actually blown out. Makes sense since my phone had water damage! Sean is so professional, punctual and helpful. It was quick and made it look brand new in had gone to irvine spectrum at a kiosk to fix my phone and my camera no longer worked when I went back they told me that it's 50 to fix it when my camera had no issues prior to that, I went to Sean and he fixed it for me and I had my daughters Samsung fixed too.
