I have been extremely patient, but at this point I feel completely ignored and frustrated. This business has had my laptop since July 2024. I originally brought it in knowing it was an older computer, but I was very clear that it contained years of irreplaceable photos that I wanted to recover. I was advised by their team to purchase a replacement screen on eBay, which I did, and they installed it. After the repair, I was unable to access the laptop because I forgot my password. Apple support advised me that resetting the computer would erase all data, including my photos. Because of that, I brought the laptop back to this shop specifically to extract the photos, and I was told this was something they could do. Since then, communication has been terrible. I have called multiple times asking for updates. Each time, I'm told the person helping me will call me back and they never do. No updates, no explanations, no follow-through. At this point, I just want to know: what is the hold up? Keeping a customer's computer for months with no communication is unacceptable. I'm hoping this review finally prompts someone to reach out and help resolve this situation, because my attempts to do so directly have gone nowhere. read more

IQuick Repairs is using cheaper lower quality parts, that's why they make you sign a bunch of waivers. Horrible way to do business. I had them replace my broke macbook air m1 screen and noticed it was significantly dimmer than the original (1st repair). They said that they would order a new one and replace free of charge. Replaced the screen and had the same issue with the screen brightness (2nd repair). They said they would need to order a "better quality" screen free of charge. Waited for about a month and finally got it replaced and the screen brightness was the same as prior (3rd repair). They then said that I would have to pay additional $ so that they could order the exact m1 macbook air screen from Apple. Save yourself time and a hassle, just go to Apple to get your products repaired. read more

From the start, communication was not good. Called in attempting to schedule a SSD and RAM upgrade for my laptop. Person who answered the phone wasn't sure if they could do it and had to talk to tech. He called back and said they could do it over the weekend. I called him Friday to confirm and they had no idea who I was or the service I was scheduled for it. No record of me on the schedule and the person that answered the phone gave me the technician's number to confirm everything for Saturday. I called the technician and no call back. I would definitely never come back here next time I'm trying apple. I brought my phone here to have it fixed and nothing was done, I brought it in because the phone was dying on me fast but it wasn't overheating, once I got it back from these guys my phone was so hot that you could probably cook something on it. I installed a mod on my Nintendo switch and while it booted fine, it wouldn't load games. I figured I should take it to a professional to rule out any hardware issues. I brought it here and they just took one of my capacitors, installed a bridge for no reason, and bridged two connections on the opposite side of it for no reason. I posted it on Reddit and everyone told me to immediately remove their bridge. Maybe if you need a phone screen replaced these guys can do it but I wouldn't trust them for much else. If you bring anything here make sure you show them it works at the counter, and take pictures/documentation. They will deny it worked when you dropped it off. read more

Terrible quality screens and installment. I left the store after getting a screen replacement for an iPhone 15 Pro perfectly fine but after a little while a white line appeared on the left side of my screen. When brought back in under warranty no scratches dents or chips from a "drop" they said the only way a vertical line could appear is from drop damage. They are not confident in their products which is why they have you sign 10 million different things before they even touch your phone so they are not responsible when it randomly break. What is the point of a warranty if you're not confident in your product. read more
