Called several places in the area about repairing my Galaxy 5S. One company's voice mail was full (but the answering message made it sound like a personal cell phone cell), another just answered the phone "hello", and nobody had the parts in stock. Until CellPro4U. While a little more expensive than the others that had prices listed online, the fact that they repair same day was worth it. I dropped off the phone around noon and they had if finished by 6pm. The owner was very thorough in letting me know what was involved, including giving the glue time to set that holds the screen in place. He sold me a screen protector for $10 which was less than 1/2 the price I remember being quoted from AT&T when I bought the phone. Mo is da MAN!! If you are having issues with your phone take it to an expert...MO!!! I was having issues for the past 6 months charging my iPhone 6s. It was so finicky about the way I charged it and has been very frustrating to obtain a full charge. After reading ton of IT blogs and buying multiple new lightning cord chargers I finally took it into this repair shop for service and met Mo. Within the hour he replaced the charging port in the phone as it was defective. I should have went to see Mo the moment my phone was having issues. This cell phone repair place is excellent! It is near the Norms on KatellaAve in the City of Orange. The GPS made it hard to find, but I'm glad we went to his store! We had two IPhone 6 that needed to be repaired and they took care of diagnosing and fixing our problem so efficiently. The mans was nice and really knew what he was doing. He changed my sons cracked screen and told us how to get the other phone replaced because the LCD screen was no longer working and not fixable. The LCD screen was on warranty so it only cost me $5 for a replacement. The cracked screen deductibles were $150 and his repair was only$80, so he saved us money. He didn't charge us for the diagnostic test or the nice tempered glass he put on awesome! I was struggling to find a place to get a phone repaired when thankfully I drove by here. So I parked on the side and checked it out on yelp. Next thing I know, I walk in the store and was greeted very warmly and described my problem to the best of my ability. The phone had a dim LCD screen but I had no clue why it happened. The owner was extremely nice and was very thorough when he explained to me what could have caused it. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and of different options I could take to get it fixed. All I got was a consultation but he was undeniably, very professional and courtesy that he could just help give me some answers and provide me solutions - pay way more to get it salvaged or just buy a new phone which, honestly, I agreed with him on. Definitely would recommend going here!!! I was yelping up places to fix my boyfriend's phone & I called a few places but this place sounded the best to me! I called and Mo picked up right away and he answered all my questions nicely. I came in and he started working on the phone right away! The LCD didn't work and the screen was completely broken (the whole screen was literally apart from the phone lol). I got the phone fixed for a super good price!! ($75) and replaced the light sensor and camera ($20) and it Only took about 20-30 mins! Then he also put on the tempered glass for free!!! Did not have a great experience at this place. The owner (Mo?) was nice and polite enough. I left my cell phone with broken screen to be fixed on a Saturday. He stated that it would be done on by Monday but he would call us. No calls. On Tuesday, I called only to be told that he would not be able to get the replacement screen until Thursday. Apologies, Apologies, etc. No calls. I called on Friday and was told that he could not get the screen and that he apparently lost our phone number. Really?! Again, apologies, apologies, etc. After one week of not having our phone, I had to pick it up still unfixed. Sigh! read more

Should be 0 Stars! What a horrible business and service.. From the moment you walk into the store with electronics all over the place floors, and cabinets. the appearance tells quite a bit before you even start doing business IMO. Back in December 2018 Mo fixed an iPad screen for me, two months later in Feb. I had to return because the digitizer or touch to the screen was not registering. He gave me a long story about his vendor and their parts being difficult to get and overall deal with. Seems to me like he was pushing the buck.. he said he would fix it nonetheless and here we are now in the middle of June and my iPad has not been fixed. I went back several times over the course of four months, to no-avail. No kidding, during the four months I went back, he had the screen fixed. However when he handed it over to me his thumb cracked the screen. I could not believe it I had to wait 2 1/2 months for this guy to fix the screen and then when he hands it to me he cracks it himself but swears and promises up-and-down that he will have it fixed one month later. I show up the iPad screen is still cracked in the same place in addition to a new crack in a different corner. He stated the new crack was because he got mad and cracked it. I asked for a refund of $60 unfortunately I had paid cash money and he did not give a refund. If you are somebody looking to have their iPhone repaired I would not go to this business and definitely no business where Mo is behind the counter. Mo your services and efforts are sad and just overall pathetic. You sir give small businesses a bad name. My reply to your message. First off very mis leading with your profile name and pict.
