I had my screen protector replaced and I noticed that I have huge bubble on my phone. So I went back the next day. They blamed the case and they want me to pay again for a new screen protector. What a scam! I tried to explain to them when CPR in Anaheim replaced my screen protector, I bought the case the same day from them and it was done perfectly with no bubble. Came here to get my iPhone 6 fixed. It's a refurbished unit from T-mobile's third party insurance plan. The company gave me a bad phone because whoever fixed it did not put the phone back together correctly. The screws on the bottom were missing, which is why my screen was always coming off the bezel. Anyways, I asked Steve if he could fix it and he took my phone in. I also asked for a battery change to make his time worth it. I went in to repair my Iphone digitizer because of their location and price. When I got the phone back, they had torn the waterproofing seal on the phone, and now the mic stopped working. I brought up both issues to them and they insisted the phone was already like that. I had just used my phone about an hour before to call them! They offered to fix my phone, but of course wanted more money. They said it would cost $75 dollars to fix the mic, because they are unable to buy just the mic part alone. I later searched on Amazon and found that the mic part alone is purchasable for $20, so now I knew they were liars. I left the store, with my now broken phone. I took it down to a little shop in Bolsa, they said it was a broken solder joint, which probably occurred when they the previous repair shop removed the screen. They charged me 20 bux for the repair. I had been asking around everywhere for quotes to fix my iPhone screen and it's super expensive everywhere else. So I called this place and it was about 30 bucks cheaper than the other ones and they changed the LCD screen too! I was sold and when I got my phone back (it only took 30 min.) I saw that Robert did a great job. The only thing is that the front facing camera looks like its misaligned with the new screen but then I opened it up and it look fine and took pictures perfectly. I also don't know if they use new screens, I hope they do but it's my fault for not asking since I was in a rush that day. It's been a couple of days and everything works great and I would definitely recommend it to others. But if anything negative happens I'll be sure to update the post and I'll be extremely careful throughout the next month or so to make sure it wasn't due to my usage. I was on a mission. I was going to buy a cell from a friend. An LG VX11000. What I really needed was for an expert to take a look at it and determine if it was still sea worthy. Kind of a test drive of a used car, but for cells. Maybe it's an odd thing to ask. Then again, a few years back and not long ago, the idea of taking a picture with a phone or having an appliance with a sexy voice tell me when and where to turn in the car was pretty wild thinking. It used to be you'd call somebody and if you got'em on the phone, you knew where he was. Duh...you just called him. Today, we say things like 'where are you', and 'leave your phone on'. So back to Operation Verify...I'm an actual customer. I actually went to the store. I actually spoke to a person there, and he knew a lot more about the care and feeding of cellphones than I did. Judging from the FOUR other customers who were there for their own reasons, I'd say this guy was doing a pretty good business. Believe it or not, there ain't much profit in gouging customers for every last penny. They took a look at it. I fully intended to pay for their time. After a few minutes he returned. The cell was clean as a whistle. No obvious issues. But the remarkable thing was, he didn't charge me a thing. He said (I'm paraphrasing here...) 'bring it back when it's really broken. We only charge for fixes.' I still don't know how good they are, and I can't really say about their prices. Then again, if you look at this from a 'people' perspective, I'd say this shop is an excellent bet they'll do fine on both counts. read more

I dropped and cracked my phone (iPhone 5c) earlier this year and after a quick Yelp search, decided to give Fullbars a call. They quoted me the price and amount of time it would take over the phone and I headed over shortly for my repair. While I was waiting, I also saw the owner (Robert) patiently work with a customer (who didn't speak English) to try and unlock a phone the customer had purchased. He wasn't going to make any money from helping him, but I was really impressed with how generous he was with his time and how willing he was to help. The phone repair came out great. The secret they told me is that they replace not only the screen but the LCD panel as well. It looked sharper and brighter than before I had broken it! They even finished it in 20 minutes (instead of the 30 they had quoted me)! I couldn't be happier. A month later, my wife actually dropped my phone and the screen cracked again. Robert was kind enough to discount me a few bucks since it was my second visit in 2 months. Like the first time, the repair came out great! Based on both experiences (and the way I saw him interact with another customer), I'm happy to write this review on their behalf. I came into Fullbars on a saturday afternoon and they had the rigth screen I needed to get me up and going same day. They told me it would be +/- 1 hour to complete the repair instead of 2-4 hours like some others I called. I went to the dog park and got a bite to eat, came back in 1 hour and they were all finished with it. Everything works fine now and I didnt have to suffer the extreme anxiety of being without my phone for too long. I own a business and need to have a fast efficient solution to getting me back into the call answering world. The last cell phone repair place I used took 2 1/2 hours to replace the glass on my phone and I was less than impressed with the final product. I came here to get the battery replaced for my iPhone. The sales associate was very straightforward in letting me know how much it would cost ($45 plus tax) and how long it would take (10 minutes). After a couple of minutes, he came back out with my opened iphone and showed me the water damage indicator, which I had no idea about (lesson learned: don't bring phone to Vegas day clubs)! Dropped my phone HARD... On the corner. Then dropped a weight on it in the gym so it bent the frame. The screen cracked obviously but the pixels and color I couldn't even get in my phone I thought it was done. Doing research I found this spot and they saved me from buying a new phone or the BS of paying $275 for insurance He not only unbent my phone but fixed the corner and NEW screen it's like bran new!! For $70n tax SUPER AFFORDABLE saved me over $175. In a completely moronic moment, I had just finished a rather long job and sleepily put together a load of laundry with my cell phone in the laundry basket, as I was waiting for my colleague to call me back. I tossed everything in the washing machine and went to work in the office. I noticed immediately that my phone was not in the office. I checked the laundry basket and given that it was empty, I realized that my phone was in the washing machine and still on, might I add. I quickly rescued it, dried it off and threw it in a bag of ice. Luckily, my husband was on his way home and said he would take it to Fullbars for me. Fortunately the guys at Fullbars said that because it was still wet and had just happened they would likely be able to save my phone. If they couldn't do it, it would be $35 and if they could fix it, the cost would be $65. We took the phone to them at about 3pm on a Monday and by 11am the next day, my phone was ready. Incidentally, they said that the rice may dry things out but it doesn't do anything about the corrosion that happens when phones get wet. They are able to take your phone apart and clean everything thoroughly. My phone works just fine now thanks to Fullbars. Excellent service and reasonable prices. read more

Unfortunately, I've been here twice to fix my iPhone 5s. Hopefully, my luck will change and I will stop dropping my phone! Steve took care of me both times. After the second time I visited, my touch screen stopped working after two weeks. I went back in and explained to him what happened. He checked my phone and fixed it within 25 minutes. Just got my Iphone 5c repaired here and the service was excellent. I brought my phone in today around noonish and it was returned to me fully repaired by about 2pm (there were 3 other phones in front of mine). Overall I am beyond pleased with the service and the price is actually very good. Sure you might be able to find cheaper places but you get what you pay for. My Macbook plexi glass needed to be replaced, it was a terrible and ugly looking break that went from one corner of the monitor and up to the upper corner diagonally.
