I had my screen protector replaced and I noticed that I have huge bubble on my phone. So I went back the next day. They blamed the case and they want me to pay again for a new screen protector. What a scam! I tried to explain to them when CPR in Anaheim replaced my screen protector, I bought the case the same day from them and it was done perfectly with no bubble. This guy from Orange did a lousy job trying to blame my case, lol. What a scam! read more

I cant' find fault with this place. Called them, verified they had my iPhone 6S + screen in stock. $80. No upwelling, no b.s, no nonsense. Called round several other places, prices varied from $60 - $140. Dropped my phone off, went to the bank to get cash. By time I can back 20 mins later phone was done! I waited 24hrs before submitting a review to check phone functionality and see if there were any screen issues. None. If you're looking for a pain free phone repair experience this is the place. Thanks again ! read more

I went in to repair my Iphone digitizer because of their location and price. When I got the phone back, they had torn the waterproofing seal on the phone, and now the mic stopped working. I brought up both issues to them and they insisted the phone was already like that. I had just used my phone about an hour before to call them! They offered to fix my phone, but of course wanted more money. They said it would cost $75 dollars to fix the mic, because they are unable to buy just the mic part alone. I later searched on Amazon and found that the mic part alone is purchasable for $20, so now I knew they were liars. I left the store, with my now broken phone. I took it down to a little shop in Bolsa, they said it was a broken solder joint, which probably occurred when they the previous repair shop removed the screen. They charged me 20 bux for the repair. Stay away! These guys can't be trusted. read more

Worst cell phone repair service. They installed a screen incorrectly and when I called they refused to correct their mistake. I went in the store and the rude Chinese man was incompetent and very unhelpful. He was rude to myself and my 2 year old. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE BUSINESS!!!!!! read more

I had been asking around everywhere for quotes to fix my iPhone screen and it's super expensive everywhere else. So I called this place and it was about 30 bucks cheaper than the other ones and they changed the LCD screen too! I was sold and when I got my phone back (it only took 30 min.) I saw that Robert did a great job. The only thing is that the front facing camera looks like its misaligned with the new screen but then I opened it up and it look fine and took pictures perfectly. I also don't know if they use new screens, I hope they do but it's my fault for not asking since I was in a rush that day. It's been a couple of days and everything works great and I would definitely recommend it to others. But if anything negative happens I'll be sure to update the post and I'll be extremely careful throughout the next month or so to make sure it wasn't due to my usage. If you don't hear back from me then you know they did a great job! read more

They fixed my shattered screen. 5 stars. They didn't tell me they had to order my screen until I came in and then gave them a deposit. Reasonable, but I would have liked that info up front. 3 stars. They told me it would take about an hour. Let's say two. The BF waited for it for over two hours, and I still had to come get it the next day. 2 stars. I'll still be back if I need them. read more

I was on a mission. I was going to buy a cell from a friend. An LG VX11000. What I really needed was for an expert to take a look at it and determine if it was still sea worthy. Kind of a test drive of a used car, but for cells. Maybe it's an odd thing to ask. Then again, a few years back and not long ago, the idea of taking a picture with a phone or having an appliance with a sexy voice tell me when and where to turn in the car was pretty wild thinking. It used to be you'd call somebody and if you got'em on the phone, you knew where he was. Duh...you just called him. Today, we say things like 'where are you', and 'leave your phone on'. So back to Operation Verify...I'm an actual customer. I actually went to the store. I actually spoke to a person there, and he knew a lot more about the care and feeding of cellphones than I did. Judging from the FOUR other customers who were there for their own reasons, I'd say this guy was doing a pretty good business. Believe it or not, there ain't much profit in gouging customers for every last penny. They took a look at it. I fully intended to pay for their time. After a few minutes he returned. The cell was clean as a whistle. No obvious issues. But the remarkable thing was, he didn't charge me a thing. He said (I'm paraphrasing here...) 'bring it back when it's really broken. We only charge for fixes.' I still don't know how good they are, and I can't really say about their prices. Then again, if you look at this from a 'people' perspective, I'd say this shop is an excellent bet they'll do fine on both counts. read more

Another shattered iPhone screen and Full Bars gave me great customer service and fast turn around. Couldn't be happier. They do good work but don't do miracles. If something catastrophic happens to your phone, give em a shot at fixing it but know you're apt to need a new phone. read more

Came here to get my iPhone 6 fixed. It's a refurbished unit from T-mobile's third party insurance plan. The company gave me a bad phone because whoever fixed it did not put the phone back together correctly. The screws on the bottom were missing, which is why my screen was always coming off the bezel. Anyways, I asked Steve if he could fix it and he took my phone in. I also asked for a battery change to make his time worth it. Phone was ready in less than an hour and he explained to me why my phone was not kept together and advised on how to maintain it. Steve comes off as a knowledgeable guy. read more

My HTC Rezound had a cracked screen. Called up Fullbars and they had it in stock! Dropped my phone off and 1 hour later it was fixed! Screen looks great, no scratches on the phone from the install or anything! Good price with a very nice group of guys! Happy to have them in Orange! Thanks Fullbars!!! read more

When looking for a phone repair service in Orange County, Fullbars is your place to go. They are highly trained and very helpful. Robert, the owner is honest, and puts customers needs first. I dropped and cracked my phone (iPhone 5c) earlier this year and after a quick Yelp search, decided to give Fullbars a call. They quoted me the price and amount of time it would take over the phone and I headed over shortly for my repair. While I was waiting, I also saw the owner (Robert) patiently work with a customer (who didn't speak English) to try and unlock a phone the customer had purchased. He wasn't going to make any money from helping him, but I was really impressed with how generous he was with his time and how willing he was to help. The phone repair came out great. The secret they told me is that they replace not only the screen but the LCD panel as well. It looked sharper and brighter than before I had broken it! They even finished it in 20 minutes (instead of the 30 they had quoted me)! I couldn't be happier. A month later, my wife actually dropped my phone and the screen cracked again. Robert was kind enough to discount me a few bucks since it was my second visit in 2 months. Like the first time, the repair came out great! Based on both experiences (and the way I saw him interact with another customer), I'm happy to write this review on their behalf. The only downer was the Lightning Cable he gave me did not work for some reason. Hopefully my phone does not break again but if it does, I know where I'm taking it. Thanks guys! read more

Hm well I have no idea what kind of service others have had and wouldn't call anyone a liar. But when stories don't come from the horse's mouth (rather the horse's girlfriend's mouth haha) I wouldn't be quick to judge. I came in today to have an iphone screen replaced and Robert, the owner, hooked it up! He was so nice, the service was crazy fast, and I got an excellent deal. And also I think that logically, repeat business & positive word of mouth is worth more to a small business than scamming someone on a single transaction. It's so nice to see an owner-run shop out here locally that can keep up with and even surpass the service of a chain! xoxo guys at Fullbars I am so happy =D read more

After cracking my iPhone screen and being charged several times more for the repair, we found Francis and this amazing screen repair store. Francis can fix any electronic device to make it like new. He's skilled, professional, and very cordial. Really enjoyed spending our money here for the impeccable service we received and we will return for any electronic device services that we need from mobile phones, iPads, and computers, to any other electrical device he's willing to service. We appreciate you and the awesome screen saver Francis. Keep up the great service! read more

I came into Fullbars on a saturday afternoon and they had the rigth screen I needed to get me up and going same day. They told me it would be +/- 1 hour to complete the repair instead of 2-4 hours like some others I called. I went to the dog park and got a bite to eat, came back in 1 hour and they were all finished with it. Everything works fine now and I didnt have to suffer the extreme anxiety of being without my phone for too long. I own a business and need to have a fast efficient solution to getting me back into the call answering world. The last cell phone repair place I used took 2 1/2 hours to replace the glass on my phone and I was less than impressed with the final product. Robert is very friendly and explains everything so there is nothing to question. Hopefully my phone can stay out of trouble now, but if not I will be coming back here to bail it out. haha. read more

I came here to get the battery replaced for my iPhone. The sales associate was very straightforward in letting me know how much it would cost ($45 plus tax) and how long it would take (10 minutes). After a couple of minutes, he came back out with my opened iphone and showed me the water damage indicator, which I had no idea about (lesson learned: don't bring phone to Vegas day clubs)! Great customer service and they're very informative and knowledgable; it was a busy day, so it took a bit longer than estimated. read more

Dropped my phone HARD... On the corner. Then dropped a weight on it in the gym so it bent the frame. The screen cracked obviously but the pixels and color I couldn't even get in my phone I thought it was done. Doing research I found this spot and they saved me from buying a new phone or the BS of paying $275 for insurance He not only unbent my phone but fixed the corner and NEW screen it's like bran new!! For $70n tax SUPER AFFORDABLE saved me over $175. Not only that I told him my phone is "clumsy" so he suggested I get a screen protectant made from partial glass and it helps a lot super cheap so I'm going back for that. 30 mins less I was done I'm never going anywhere. read more

Great fast service! My Iphone power button broke and was replaced within 30 minutes!

In a completely moronic moment, I had just finished a rather long job and sleepily put together a load of laundry with my cell phone in the laundry basket, as I was waiting for my colleague to call me back. I tossed everything in the washing machine and went to work in the office. I noticed immediately that my phone was not in the office. I checked the laundry basket and given that it was empty, I realized that my phone was in the washing machine and still on, might I add. I quickly rescued it, dried it off and threw it in a bag of ice. Luckily, my husband was on his way home and said he would take it to Fullbars for me. Fortunately the guys at Fullbars said that because it was still wet and had just happened they would likely be able to save my phone. If they couldn't do it, it would be $35 and if they could fix it, the cost would be $65. We took the phone to them at about 3pm on a Monday and by 11am the next day, my phone was ready. Incidentally, they said that the rice may dry things out but it doesn't do anything about the corrosion that happens when phones get wet. They are able to take your phone apart and clean everything thoroughly. My phone works just fine now thanks to Fullbars. Excellent service and reasonable prices. read more

I was glad to find this place so close to work, Robert was more than helpful when it came down to every question I had. I had tried those mall little kiosk places and they always end up messing things up, and they leave you confused with the possibilities that can occur. This place is great in price and service! If you're in the Orange area and you need your screen fix this is the place to come! And they close at 7pm! Whats better than that! read more

We went there to have our iPhone cracked face fixed. Robert is very friendly and explained to us clearly what's being done to repair the phone. Their service is fast, and when we saw the phone, it looks like nothing had happen to it! For the price and the type of service you get, it's very very reasonable! We will recommend Robert's service to all our friends! read more

Unfortunately, I've been here twice to fix my iPhone 5s. Hopefully, my luck will change and I will stop dropping my phone! Steve took care of me both times. He's very nice and gets the job done quickly. The price is reasonable.. 75 dollars to fix it (compared to 100 elsewhere). After the second time I visited, my touch screen stopped working after two weeks. I went back in and explained to him what happened. He checked my phone and fixed it within 25 minutes. They take good care of their customers! Very satisfied! read more

I thought it was unrepairable and was ready to pay full price for another iPhone . Robert, the owner, greeted me and diagnosed the problem. Best cell repair service period! I've brought many phones here and time and time again they've been able to repair them quickly and accurately. I recently brought in my MOTO Maxx for a screen replacement and it was ready in an hour and a half. I broke my iPhone 6 screen for the first time ever yesterday after owning several different phones (and several instances of me making fun of family members who were too careless and dropped/broke their phone's glass screens often - I guess that's just my bad karma). Anyways, after contemplating taking it straight to Apple and spending a bucketload of money, I decided to stop by Fullbars because I heard good things about the shop. Dropped off my phone at 10:30 this morning with Robert, went home and showered, came back and it was done. We tested the main parts of the phone (battery, phone calls, fingerprint touch pad, etc) before I left with the phone and they worked great. I've had zero issues so far, and he even threw in a discounted tempered glass protective screen and 30 day warrantee. I would definitely recommend coming here. You can tell that Robert and Fullbars care about the quality of their phone repairs and customer service. read more

Hi everyone, My story begins at the gym during an intense workout where I noticed that my lacking form had caused a major crack down the center of my screen. I did not realized how involved the process was in fixing a screen so, I ordered the part and set out to fix the phone on my own. 2 hours and a lot less patience later I decided I needed a professional. That's when I headed over to Full Bars cell phone repair in Orange. They agreed to work on my phone even though I an inexperienced novice tried to fix it myself. They reordered the part and fixed my phone completely in a reasonable amount of time. The owner Robert is a great guy that prides himself on customer services and i would highly recommend him and his repair service again. read more
