Got my new phone here for a good price and it's been a very good quality so far 10/10 and gave me a free charger

Always have great service and love being a member so I can replace my screen protectors whenever I want

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!!! If any of you out there are like me and crack your phone screen a lot STOP YOUR SEARCH AND COME HERE!!!!! This place has the best screen deal that's out there!! You get your choice of 3 different screen protectors; matte, clear, and privacy. It ranges from $30-$40 for the first placement BUT ONLY $10 for every replacement FOR THE LIFE OF THE PHONE!! I tend to crack my screen at least 3 times a year and only having to pay a replacement of $10 is everything !!!! Not to mention the people in there are super friendly !! 10/10 recommend !! read more

I've used this store on three occasions. Twice they could fix my phone, once they could not. They thoroughly explained the issues each time and what they did to repair or try to repair. If your phone gets wet they charge $40 to open it up. That money goes toward the repair if they're able to fix it. In my case they were not but they applied it to an unlocked phone. Very happy with their service, explanations, price, and the time it took. read more

What a great find for my cell phone repair needs. I cracked the screen on my iPhone and searched Yelp for a repair shop with strong reviews. That's when I found Invisible Armor. They're conveniently located nearby, and when I contacted them, they responded immediately with an estimate by text. I scheduled an appointment--although they also accept walk-ins--and they replaced my screen in less than an hour. While I was there, I also picked up a protective case so hopefully the next drop won't crack the screen again. But if it does, I'll definitely be returning to Invisible Armor. read more

Update: Though my Face ID couldn't be fixed today, the owner was very helpful, heard me out, and he replaced my battery (which was my next thing on my to do list as my phone was horribly slow). I will be going to make an appt to figure out the ID situation next week, hopefully it goes well, and I can give an even better update! As for the palm rejection, I don't see it happening so far, but it was also something that took a while to notice last time. He did install a new screen, so I doubt I'd have an issue. Anyway, don't be like me and wait, go back right away if any issues arise. Customer service was a 10/10. Speed of service 10/10 especially considering Mainplace mall is packed due to the holidays Yes, Face ID was working perfectly fine beforehand, which is what has frustrated me the most about getting the screen fixed because it was fine. I felt I had to give up a feature just to have a better screen, which with the constant lack of palm rejection, I can't even say it's much better. It's just not broken. I've had screen repairs throughout the years, and I've never experienced an issue with any screen replacement . I will be stopping by this weekend. I don't expect much since it's basically my word against a company, and just like you cannot prove it was working beforehand, I can't prove it either. read more

I highly recommend this place for screen protectors and phone cases. They have affordable prices

I went to Invisible Armor to have my phone battery replaced because the battery was no good. After the repair, the screen developed purple lines, so I immediately brought the phone back. The staff listened to my concerns and were understanding about the situation. They were able to provide me with a partial refund, which showed professionalism and helped rebuild my trust in the business. I appreciate that they handled the matter respectfully and worked with me toward a resolution. Their customer service and professionalism make me willing to do business with them again in the future. read more

I've gone in a few extra times after they replaced everything on my phone. 1st to replace everything screen frame and back. After I got it back, I noticed the pixels get black, and screen turn yellow. I requested that to be fixed. They did, but then the camera and flash didn't work so I had to go back again. Now the pixels are bad on low brightness, the touch doesn't work to turn on my screen, the calls are extra sensitive like people can hear taps and it freezes on maps. Also this new tech said my battery is not original so I don't know if it was taken during the process and replaced with a cheaper one. It dies a lot faster. Didn't replace the battery ever but I truly don't know how that happened. Getting a new phone. Not worth replacing screen with battery. I couldn't go back again. It's been too many times to risk another problem. I should've bought a new phone instead with the $300. One thing I will say is customer service is very great, very attentive, and I really appreciate them for trying. They helped me the same day with any issue and are very kind. Thank you. read more

This store is awesome. I was referred by my cellular service to an unrelated store that wanted $55 and plan for an hour wait in order to diagnose and clean an iPhone charging connector. Invisible Armor did this for me in a matter of minutes and charged $10! Awesome. Highly Recommend! read more

I'd rate it zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. First they sold me the WRONG iPad after they mistakenly mislabeled the iPad (I purchased an iPad with a larger gigabyte and received a smaller gigabyte after checking the device info once I got home and set up the iPad). I go back and tell them what's up and they admit it's a mistake on their end as it was mislabeled by an associate. Cool. They compensated me by offering me a deal on a newer iPad, newer Apple pen, and new case all at a discounted price (around $450). I use it for about two weeks and around the fourth week I notice it starts glitching and restarting. At this time my warranty has extended the 30 days so I have no choice but to take it to Apple. Apple assess it and diagnoses it as a software issue. Literally two days later, more glitching and now currently being alerted to plug iPad into iMac for software restoration. Apple's Genius Bar has now diagnosed it as a hardware malfunction. The iPad is covered by Apple care but under the previous owner so now I'm stuck with a broken iPad and nearly $500 down the drain. Time and money wasted. Zero out of ten DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING HERE. read more

Cracked the screen on my Galaxy 23 Ultra just hours before boarding a flight for vacation. I called around trying to find a quick repair only to discover that no one in the area had a replacement screen in stock. When I finally reached these fine folks, their response was awesome. Yes, they had it. Yes they could perform the repair after everyone else in town was closed and done for the day. Incredible! I made my way over and these pros could not have made it any easier. I was fixed with a new screen and a privacy screen protector before I could even catch my breath. I made my flight on time and my vacation I had been planning for a year was saved! If you need service, a case, or other accessories, don't waste your time with anyone else. Thank you, Dr. !!! Thank you Thank you Thank you! read more

Everytime I come here Alfonso's wife's always plasant &, always willing to help remove dust & debre's from the speaker Grills from my phone for a reasonable fee. I never recieve harsh looks when I can't afford something. as I do whithin reguards to phone cases like at the Orange Outlets, where a guy triwd to cheat Me out of 10.00 that was owed back after I bought a Phone case from Him, Suprise, Suprise it did'nt happen, told an Employee sure they're on-Guard. This store looks cool and Futureistic! asteadicaly Pleasing catches thec eye, that you're just an awe of e verything. I just wish they'd do somethhing about the Glass casing, as it's easlly breakable. read more
