My iphone wouldn't charge when plugging in. Apple said the jack needed to be replaced. I was considering trading my phone in so didn't do the repair. On a whim I went to the phone doctors and the really nice guy there said the jack just needs to be cleaned! He also replaced the glass protector (no bubbles!) and cleaned the port and my phone is like new again! $45! Will come back here for any further phone needs for sure! read more

Literally had to leave a review after I've done two visits here, once for my cracked ipad screen years ago & today for my iphone with an unresponsive screen. Both times I've gone, service, quotes, and communication were great. I recall fixing my ipad for about $80-90 the last time I went, and it worked as good as new! I left a super happy customer. Today, I did not hesitate to return with my Iphone 13 issue around 3 PM due to an unresponsive touch screen that was worsening the past 4 days). As soon as I informed the staff of what happened, he immediately checked if my phone had water damage. I waited ~10 min in which he confirmed there was no water damage and the touch screen simply was not working. Considering the place was closed at 6 PM, I assumed I'd have to pick up the next day; however the kind staff informed me the pick up for the screen + labor would take only about an hour. Oh my gosh, James is a life saver! I can't thank him enough for helping my mom. My mom dropped her heavy coffee thermos on the front of her Samsung S10E and smashed the front, it wasn't even turning on. I called over 10 places to see if they had the part to fix her phone same day and James did! My iPhone 7 got stuck in a boot loop, and what I thought was originally a button issue turned out to be a screen issue. James was able to get into my phone and found exactly what needed to be fixed, all within about 15 minutes or so. After some component testing, the true culprit ended up being one of the ribbon cables on my screen, connecting the front facing camera. As a techy newbie, it was like watching a magician work! James charged me $60 for a new screen placement, which wasn't bad at all, and he even threw in a free screen protector and case. I had just come from the Apple Store, who did the bare minimum to troubleshoot - all they did was an iTunes restore attempt, which I already tried at home. They gave up after that and told me to just buy a new phone, specifically the SE at $300+. Needless to say, I'll probably be going to James from now on for any more phone issues! read more

Great work someone spilled some liquid on my iPhone 6s this weekend and I noticed I was not getting sound from my phone. It was saying my headphones were connected when they weren't. I described the issue and the owner knew exactly what happened. He quoted me a price and I was quick to give him my phone. He quoted me 30 mins so I left and went to lunch. 1.5 hours later I returned and it wasn't done. He was slammed with work. I left it for another 2 hours and when I returned it looked like he just finished. I would have given James 5 stars if he was on time so 4 it is. Great work my phone is good as new and he said he warranties the connector as long as it's not physically damaged.
