I cracked the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus by dropping in on some stone steps. Because they were near my office, and encouraged by great Yelp reviews I called them. David was able to fit me in during my lunch hour, and Oscar took maybe 20 minutes to fix the screen. It is as good as new! And for the reasonable price of $100 they also threw in a screen protector. Hopefully I won't damage my phone again, but if I do, I will be back to OC Phones for my repair needs. read more

Bring a book or something, you might get bored waiting. Btw, if they don't pick up your phone call, don't keep calling.. they will eventually get back to you when they're free. read more

*** to the best of my knowledge these guys are by appointment only so plan accordingly*** Came here last week to replace my screen and these guys were super helpful and professional. My phone was so cracked that the screen was lifting off of itself and the screen kept glitching. I almost thought I would have to get an entirely new phone, but OC phones came to the rescue. Plus, it was a super reasonable price and my phone now works like it's brand new. Thanks guys! read more

Great place, so happy to have found this place on yelp. Came in today without an appointment after school because for some reason I wasn't able to hear anything from my phone, was greeted by David, explained to him what happened and he said he'll take a look along with Oscar. Told me it was about an hour wait, but I had nothing else to do, so I decided to chill there. They were playing Eminem on the tv and had magazines there for people to read. Less than 30 minutes later, David came out explained to me what happened and told me they finished fixing my phone, and on top of that put I n tempered glass for my phone for free. I would totally recommend this place to my friends and family, they are speedy and get to the point. There isn't that much parking but there is a Starbucks across the street too for whoever wants coffee. But yeah this is the place to go if you ever need something fixed. read more

My daughter dropped her phone, iPhone 6s Plus. I search for Yelp for somebody with good reviews near my house. I came across OC phones and Dave. They fixed my phone while I waited, it took about 20 minutes and price was reasonable. for free they put on a screen protector. Check them out! read more

I went here last year to get a glass screen for my iPhone 7 Plus and paid $10. This year I am back because my sister (not me!) dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I was expecting to pay $10 again but then Oscar mentioned if I write a Yelp review, then it's free! He was super friendly and trusted me to write a review when I got home. It took less than five minutes to take off my old cracked screen and put a fresh one on. I definitely recommend coming here! I mean...look at me! This is my second time here! read more

¡ DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE ! My friend told me about this place so I went because my phone was shattered really bad. The second they gave me my phone back I realized that the screen was orange and it looked extremely weird and dark. As time progressed, I noticed that only certain parts of my screen would work or worse, the screen wouldn't work at all. Then my screen started acting up and it worsened to the point where I couldn't even use my phone because it would go all crazy. So I went to apple and they even mentioned how the screen was peeling off from the inside and as a result apple couldn't even fix my phone so I had to get a new one. Overall, I strongly suggest to go somewhere else because I only ended up wasting more money just to fix my screen. read more

Very friendly staff! They also hooked it up with a tempered glass protector if you tell them you found them on yelp! The place is clean and it's located across from Starbucks, next to the liquor store, 2nd floor of the brown building. read more

On my second cracked screen protector, which I've bought through Apple. So this time around decided to look somewhere else for one, heard about this place through a friend. Checked out the yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. So I scheduled an appointment. Oscar is the real deal, cool guy and a master at what he does. Removed my cracked protector, (mine you the class was absolutely shattered and in pieces, he installed my new one and not only did he install it in a quick fashion but it was a perfect freaking install, lined up/fit perfectly, no dust or finger prints underneath. 10/10 on install no doubt. Do yourself a favor and go to oscar at OCPHONES for any of your iPhone needs. read more

So, my iPhone was broken for like two weeks and I realized I want getting so the texts I should be. And every where else I called for my screen was too pricey. I call this place and they said they could fix my screen, LCD, and digitizer for fairly cheap. So I get there and I came at a good time because no one else was there. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. He told me it'd take twenty minutes. We went across the street to Starbucks and came back and my phone was fixed! Thank goodness, I can get my text messages again. read more

Got my cracked iPhone screen repaired here about a week ago and I cannot believe that there is still excellent customer service out there. I wanna give six stars. I live in the area so from the pictures I could tell where it was at, but if you don't know the area well it is directly across the street from the Garden Grove Blvd. Starbucks in a corporate office building. The building is next to a liquor store and the 22 east freeway entrance. The easiest way to enter the lot is to go west on Garden Grove Blvd. Their office is to the far left and they had an OC Phones Prius out front so I knew I was in the right lot. From there you enter the building and there are signs that lead you upstairs to their office. I'm bad with names so I'm going to guess it was David or Oscar who greeted me and looked my phone over. Since my screen was functional and just cracked at the top, they quoted me $55. Very fair price, considering I've gone to places that charge up the a**. He let me know it would be about 20 minutes so I hung out on the couch. They have a glass shelf with various phone accessories, a TV playing youtube videos, and a couple magazines. There's a BMW one that was pretty cool, and looking through it killed most of the wait. He came back out and showed me my flawless screen. At this point he asked me how I heard about them, I said "Yelp", and he said if I gave him a review he'd put on a tempered glass screen protector for me at no extra charge. He gave me one on the spot, I gave him my word... so here I am :) They accept cards and use the Square app, which is cool because some of these screen repair places are cash only. Here's the best part: In the car I realized that another problem I've been having with my phone was with the speakerphone and Siri. I let him know about it, and he took a look at it to make sure it was the microphone. He showed me the part and told me since I was a repeat customer it would be $20 instead of the regular $40. Icing on the cake baby, because I spent less than $100 fixing TWO phone problems. A clean screen, a glass protector, a working speakerphone, and stellar customer service. I know where to go and where to tell people to go when they break their phone. Thanks guys! Keep on keeping on. read more

My review is short but sweet and to precisely to the point! My transaction with Oscar, THE MAN!, was nothing short of fantastic and pleasant. Let's get real folks... We all can sense a vibe, whether good or bad when we initially meet someone. Oscar is the epitome of a good vibe! Upon meeting with him, he was professional, warm, honest, and sincere. And real! I will continue to bring my business to him. I've already made my decision that the next phone I need, I want to give him my business because of his professionalism and sincerity. We can go anywhere in this saturated market for phones but I choose and would refer anyone to go see Oscar. Thanks again Oscar and see you soon. read more

The location of the store is a little hard to find, but figured my way to the top floor of the building. But as soon as you walk in you know it's a great place. OC Phones - Thank you for fixing my friends phone and giving my my glass protector! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Garden Grove, California

Looked them up on yelp and saw they had a 5 star rating, so I thought for sure they'll be a great place to go. From day 1 when I purchased my phone, no real help or customer service. When I bought the phone in person there was no communication or even talking anything about it. I was asking questions, and I was not getting much response. So after my purchase I messaged them & I still get no responses. What's disappointing about it all is my first call with Oscar to check on availability of the phone was great, he was very responsive & replied immediately with what I was looking for. After that conversation, it all went down hill. All the yelp reviews were raving about how great customer service they had. I guess I was just that one misfortunate customer. read more

David and Oscar saved my phone!!! So first off, this is OC PHONES. Not OC phones repair I called in and was able to come in with no problem on a Friday after work. I was quoted for an iPhone 6S Plus. They kept their price and added a screen protector! While waiting, they gave me this yummy snickerdoodle cookie and a water. They have snacks people! But anyways it only took 15 minutes and the price was SO affordable for the damage I had done to my screen. Thank you, Oscar and David!! So nice meeting you guys. read more

Dad's phone was locked and I couldn't disable the lock. Went online and tried everything that was recommended in google. I tried so hard and nothing worked. Came here, they said it was $25 to re-enable it. The expected time was 1 hour, but it was done in like, 30 minutes. Crazy enough, they did have the tools to fix my phone and allow it to be re-enabled. I'm happy to say OC phones did some quality service. They have some really fit guys in the back and they're playing street fighter. Pretty chill environment. read more

I came here after killing my battery on my iPhone 5S in 30 degree weather. My phone shut off and always had poor battery life after that "chilling" incident. They replaced my battery and tested it afterwards, making sure that the battery life they experienced after the change was better than what I had before coming in. They also said I can come back if I don't see any improvements. Well, I definitely got back my battery life! It may not be as good as when my phone was brand new, but very close. I will do a full charge tonight and hope for the best. Great guys providing great service! read more
