I cracked the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus by dropping in on some stone steps. Because they were near my office, and encouraged by great Yelp reviews I called them. David was able to fit me in during my lunch hour, and Oscar took maybe 20 minutes to fix the screen. It is as good as new! And for the reasonable price of $100 they also threw in a screen protector. Great place, so happy to have found this place on yelp. Came in today without an appointment after school because for some reason I wasn't able to hear anything from my phone, was greeted by David, explained to him what happened and he said he'll take a look along with Oscar. Told me it was about an hour wait, but I had nothing else to do, so I decided to chill there. They were playing Eminem on the tv and had magazines there for people to read. Less than 30 minutes later, David came out explained to me what happened and told me they finished fixing my phone, and on top of that put I n tempered glass for my phone for free. I would totally recommend this place to my friends and family, they are speedy and get to the point. Then my screen started acting up and it worsened to the point where I couldn't even use my phone because it would go all crazy. So I went to apple and they even mentioned how the screen was peeling off from the inside and as a result apple couldn't even fix my phone so I had to get a new one. This place is THE PLACE to go for any iPhone screen repair. It had been about 4 days that I wasn't able to use my phone. My screen was completely cracked and half of it was blacked out and had colorful lines across it. I could not use my phone for anything. Because of the internal damage of my screen I knew this was going to be a pricey fix. I called another mobile repair guy I found on yelp and he quoted me $140 over the phone. I ended up finding OC phones which was literally 5 minutes away from home, the man who answered quoted me $90, I went to the repair office and nobody was there and they offered a $10 discount for the inconvenience since it was normal business hours, and I went back about an hour later. Got my cracked iPhone screen repaired here about a week ago and I cannot believe that there is still excellent customer service out there. I wanna give six stars. I live in the area so from the pictures I could tell where it was at, but if you don't know the area well it is directly across the street from the Garden Grove Blvd. Starbucks in a corporate office building. The building is next to a liquor store and the 22 east freeway entrance. The easiest way to enter the lot is to go west on Garden Grove Blvd. Their office is to the far left and they had an OC Phones Prius out front so I knew I was in the right lot. From there you enter the building and there are signs that lead you upstairs to their office. I'm bad with names so I'm going to guess it was David or Oscar who greeted me and looked my phone over. Since my screen was functional and just cracked at the top, they quoted me $55. Very fair price, considering I've gone to places that charge up the a**. He let me know it would be about 20 minutes so I hung out on the couch. They have a glass shelf with various phone accessories, a TV playing youtube videos, and a couple magazines. There's a BMW one that was pretty cool, and looking through it killed most of the wait. He came back out and showed me my flawless screen. At this point he asked me how I heard about them, I said "Yelp", and he said if I gave him a review he'd put on a tempered glass screen protector for me at no extra charge. He gave me one on the spot, I gave him my word... so here I am :) They accept cards and use the Square app, which is cool because some of these screen repair places are cash only. Here's the best part: In the car I realized that another problem I've been having with my phone was with the speakerphone and Siri. I let him know about it, and he took a look at it to make sure it was the microphone. He showed me the part and told me since I was a repeat customer it would be $20 instead of the regular $40. Icing on the cake baby, because I spent less than $100 fixing TWO phone problems. A clean screen, a glass protector, a working speakerphone, and stellar customer service. When I bought the phone in person there was no communication or even talking anything about it. I was asking questions, and I was not getting much response. Came here, they said it was $25 to re-enable it. The expected time was 1 hour, but it was done in like, 30 minutes. I came here after killing my battery on my iPhone 5S in 30 degree weather. My phone shut off and always had poor battery life after that "chilling" incident. They replaced my battery and tested it afterwards, making sure that the battery life they experienced after the change was better than what I had before coming in. They also said I can come back if I don't see any improvements. Well, I definitely got back my battery life! It may not be as good as when my phone was brand new, but very close.
