    Great customer service and fast. I was able to upgrade to Win11 as well. And when there's error couple weeks after, they were able to rectify it quick. Like owning a new desktop computer all over again. Thanks!

    During my visit, I was charged $75.42 for a replacement battery that appeared to come from an old phone retrieved from a small trash bin behind the counter. My iPhone did not recognize the battery, and when I calmly asked for my original battery to be reinstalled, the staff responded with loud, aggressive behavior that left me feeling frightened and unsettled. I had already witnessed staff yelling at one another, which contributed to a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. The store itself felt unsafe and unsanitary. I ultimately contacted law enforcement after staff refused to return my phone. I was also told that authentic Apple batteries were unavailable anywhere--something I later confirmed was false. I went directly to CPR Cell Phone Repair, where I had a much better experience: the store was clean, cool, and welcoming, and the staff installed a recognized Apple iPhone battery for $70 with professionalism and courtesy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the first location to anyone seeking safe, honest, or professional service. UPDATE: 9/4/2025 Dear Sue B., Thank you for acknowledging the refund. I want to clarify: I did not insult or prevent anyone from doing their job. In fact, I witnessed an employee yelling at and intimidating both me and other staff members. I felt unsafe enough that police were called, and a report was filed. My review reflects my honest experience. UPDATE 9/5/2025 This is my last response to your misrepresentation of the facts and persistence on providing a false narrative. The facts is I was a paying customer -- proof of my $75.42 transaction and refund is documented. The claim that I verbally attacked staff is demonstrably false. What actually occurred is that an employee shouted aggressively at me and other staff members, leaving me and my children feeling unsafe enough that police were called and a report filed. The conditions I described in my review -- cigarette smoke indoors, unsanitary environment, and hostile behavior -- are accurate. I encourage management to review their cameras and 911 call that the Sheriff's department recorded, which will confirm my account. For a business that serves the public, ethical responsibility includes providing a safe, respectful environment for both customers and employees. I stand fully by my review.

    I brought my laptop in for repair (power failure) and was initially told by the technician that it…read moreshould be fixed within a week. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

    Choose these folks for your data recovery needs! I had two WD (called Western Digital when they…read moredrives were made) HDDs that I needed data from. I was unable to recover data from them in different ways. Disc one was an external drive that would not power on. I tried removing it from its external enclosure and powering it from another, more different enclosure to no avail. The system was indeed down. Disc two was an internal drive that used to be my C drive- my boot drive. I removed it from an old computer after it stopped booting and put it into an external enclosure. Several different computers (Mac & PC) would recognize it sporadically, though none could access the data on it- error codes always came up. Before I removed it, from the old computer, I tried booting from an optical disc and other assorted methods, many other assorted methods... I believe I was very thorough in my efforts. I sent both in and received near 100% recovery. They said it was 100% from one and 99.9% from the other but I am unable to find that .1%. I got all of this for just barely above the $300 price in their name (each, not total). So for about $600 total (including new discs on which my recovered data was transferred and return shipping) I got this incredible service. The total price I paid for both discs at 300DDR is less than I was quoted at several other places for one disc. At each step they were great communicators, from their receipt of the discs to my receipt of the recovered data. I hope I never need their services again but should, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

    I used to backup my files regularly but I got lazy after moving cross country a year ago. Imagine…read morehow distraught I was when last month, one my SSDs failed due to a corrupt MFT. And worse it was the one that held all my photos over the last couple of years. I'm an engineer by trade and with other files, I might have tried to rescue them myself. For these important photos, however, I decided to go with the professionals. I did a bunch of research trying to find the best data recovery service to use and $300 Data Recovery turned out on top. The employees here are very professional and responsive. I submitted my chances form at 7:30PM on a Saturday and they got back to me within an hour. I was not expecting a response over the weekend. They gave very clear instructions on how to package and send off my SSD. I dropped it off at UPS the next day and by Wednesday, they confirmed they received the device and added me to the queue. Apparently there weren't too many people in line before me so I received a positive response the very next day. 100% of sectors recovered! A couple of days later they were completely done and after I confirmed they recovered my files (they send a master list of all files) and I paid ($300 fee + $105 recovery transfer drive + $25 shipping), they shipped my drive back. Total time from my first contact to receiving my data back: 16 days, and this was including Thanksgiving in between. I am very satisfied with the service I got from $300 Data Recovery. Hopefully I never run into drive trouble again (it certainly made me backup my files more frequently), but if I ever need help, I'll definitely contact them again.
