Trust the 5 star reviews here. They are legit. Absolutely great experience here. My phone got that dreaded white/green vertical line on the screen and needed to be replaced. I found this place on Yelp, sent a message, within a less than a minute, I got a quoted price, what time to come in and roughly how long it would take. No BS, no "we'll have to see what condition the phone is in, in order to give you the price", just exact price right on the spot. I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever had with repair service and definitely making this my new go to place for any repairs. Two years ago I took my wife's HP laptop to replace a a broken charging port. After the repair which took about a week I noticed a screw missing. Keep in mind the laptop was never worked on before and never left home. He claimed that is how he received it. Exactly 31 days later I took it back for the same broken port. He explained that because there is only a 30 warranty he will order a new port at no charge but would have to charge for labor. Bad business. I never returned and do not recommend. read more

My iPad Pro 12.9" had a pretty bad cracked glass and the charger wasn't working. I thought I was going to have to spend at least $1k for a new one, but I found iRepair and decided to bring it in. I spoke with Jerry, and he gave me a reasonable quote for the damages over text. When I arrived, he inspected and told me it'll be ready by the end of the day, which was able to deliver on. He really struck me as someone who really knew what he was doing. When I received my iPad Pro, it was a beautiful sight. :) The glass was pristine as Jerry peeled off the plastic for me, and the charger worked perfectly. Jerry is THE man! He has replaced several iPhone screens, an apple watch, and even done a battery replacement for me. And no, those are not ALL from one device, but several...and that doesn't really say much about being careful with these devices, but hey, accidents happen. Service - Awesome. Never had a problem with timeliness of a repair. Call ahead so you know if he's working on another customer's device and that he has the replacement in stock. I've been in store when he was working on something for me and someone would walk in and get all huffy that he wasn't immediately available...that's just silly to think he would drop everything to work on your problem. 11-4 here and also is available in Hacienda from 4-7PM. Jerry is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have. Standard 90-day warranty on all his work too. Prices are super on point, and definitely way lower than what the OEM would recommend...to repair the apple watch screen, it was almost the cost of a new watch, ridiculous. Parking - if you don't wanna get jammed up from the Jack-in-the-Box drive thru, park further away so that you don't need to deal with it. There can be a lot of people around rush times since Mt. My daughter cracked her iphone screen so I found this repair place on Yelp. It's located inside a plaza across of Mt. Sac on Grand and Amar. The store looks a bit empty inside but the service was fast! We waited in there for only less than 20 minutes and he replaced a new screen. The price was reasonable. So, I learned the hard way.... that watching k-dramas in the shower is NOT good for your iPhone. After a tumble onto the shower tile and a broken screen, I suffered a broken heart rivaled only by Shin Min Ah in Hometown-Cha-Cha. Luckily, I searched on Yelp (thanks Elites for your recommendations) and sought out some help from iRepair. Jerry and his employees are top notch professionals and they aim to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Best of all, Jerry warrants his work for 90 days. Anytime there is any issue at all (i.e. the digitizer acting a bit funky) give him a call and he'll set you up to come in for another replacement. The place is a small outfit in a strip mall right next to Mt. SAC. We dropped the phone off, grabbed some boba, and the screen was replaced before our boba was even done. I took my iPhone to get my screen repair here and my screen starting acting up within 3 weeks . It started flickering and not registering my commands to the screen. I took it back and got it replaced. I'm on my second month with this screen and again the same thing happened. I went today to get it replaced and they wanted $110 to repair it even though it was faulty product. There was no physical damage to the screen either. The customer rep stated it was past 90 days warranty but I argued that I already had it replaced within the 90 days. Still they would not accommodate me unless I paid $110 read more

BE CAREFUL dealing with this guy, he is not always HONEST especially if you are a woman make sure you know what you are talking about. If you are an Asian make sure only speaking English to him. I took my mom's phone to get battery change a week ago, I made mistake went in there spoke Chinese to him, I don't know if it's because of that he gave me a "new" battery doesn't even last more than 24 hours without using it. Then I made second mistake sent my old parents back to him to get another "new" battery changed, of course it didn't last more than 24 hours again. Finally, I had to send my husband to him and spoke English to him, he immediately ordered a different battery that's much better quality!
