I had 20 or so years of mp3s, photos, movies, and videos that was lost when my single volume D:\ shared across two 512gb hdd was removed causing all of my data to disappear. Solomon was able to recover 99% of the data and back into its original folders. I'm giving a four star instead of five because the service was relatively pricey $699 compared to other quotes I received, however HDD Recovery was a lot closer to where I live. Also, because my hard drives were relatively full, some important financial files I had in the root directory were not recoverable.
