******READ THIS********I ran over my iPhone 16 Pro Max (yes, actually ran it over), and the screen was completely destroyed. I started calling around everywhere looking for a repair shop, expecting mall prices to be the most expensive--and to my surprise, MobileFix ended up being the most affordable out of all the places I contacted, including local swap meets. When I brought in my phone, they discovered that the battery had also been damaged. On top of that, the battery connector wasn't working either. They replaced the battery and went ahead and fixed the battery adapter without charging me for the additional part. I only paid for the new battery and screen, and even with that, the total cost was better than any other quote I received. I interacted with two different employees during the process, and they had excellent communication between them. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Thought I broke the screen to my iPhone 16 so took it in to have the screen replaced. The man there showed me I had only broken the glass screen thingie I had put on the top. So instead of $149 to replace the phone screen it was only $20 for the new screen thingie that goes on top. On Wednesday, 3/12, I was watching tv on my phone, sitting down, NOT MOVING, and my screen started glitching. Looked like an old tv with the antenna not working. I called in and the "so called manager" said he could help me out and bring it on as it clearly states a warranty on the paperwork. I took off of work today to go in and the guy was rude, condescending, and told me "well if you use your eyes and look here" like excuse me? Sloppy sloppy sloppy job. No pride in workmanship. My phone was covered in glue when I got it back and even after I asked him to clean it, the phone was still covered in gunk. Needed it repaired again (for a different reason) and the inside was a complete mess, I saw the excess glue and mess for myself. Had a terrible experience at this shop. The young man behind the counter did not ever tell me that the replacement parts used on my phone would not perform as OEM. When I realized my phone was not functioning as it should, he then presumptuously began to explain that the parts used were "cheap aftermarket parts" and actually called me stupid. Holding my phone hostage, he then forced me to pay $35 to reinstall my old screen back. This should not have been charged, as it was the shops fault for not explaining to the customer prior to performing service. read more

Spent $120 to have screens swapped the first time. The woman fixing it said that it would still be water resistant. I mean, this is on me, for believing it. The first 3 second submersion liquid got into the camera, charging port, even OLED screen. I couldn't believe how poorly sealed it was. So I come back and speak with George, and this dude was completely unhelpful. I tried to find creative solutions so I can get some function and he simply said the LED is dead and he had to replace it. Since screen was dead he said I wouldn't be able to complete transfer until they replaced it. It felt like instead of working with me as I have already paid them for work he kept trying get more money out of me. I went to a UBREAKIFIX kiosk downstairs and they gave me a handful of very clever solutions and now it actually worked. As soon as my screen came back for a brief 30 seconds, I made sure I synced everything on Google Drive and said that it did not need to be over wifi. As soon as screen went blank, I know it would still be backing itself on cloud. I am still getting a replacement phone from Assurant, but now I all my new stuff is on cloud and I have a semi-functioning phone in the interm. I will NEVER come back here, and I won't say that you should never come here; I say speak with Alex from UBREAKIFIX just a kiosk downstairs and you will likely be much happier. read more
