Before finding this spot, I had to call so many places-- this was the only place with reasonable price and they were having a promotion for the holidays. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I just needed a replacement for the back glass. The person who helped me was very kind and honest. Although, they didn't have the replacement in my original color, he was still able to make my phone look like a bhadda$ the location is pretty dope because it's literally inside the mall! Thank you, I will return back if I ever needed more service with my devices! read more

They were able to answer my qs at a prompt response. I'll b taking my phone to get repaired

WoW I can't believe this person just accused me of faking a visit so i can give them a negative review. Like who you guys think you are that someone would waste 1hour of their life going to your store to give you a negative... Also loved how the man was asking me to purchase one of your used phones as I was leaving. Don't answer questions if you dont know and ask them to come in so you can sell me . read more

Super respectful, went in for a iPhone replacement and they handled it. Fair price and the screen is of good quality. They matched the cost of other reputable phone repair shops in the area and did not give any issues. I recommend this repair shop! read more

******READ THIS********I ran over my iPhone 16 Pro Max (yes, actually ran it over), and the screen was completely destroyed. I started calling around everywhere looking for a repair shop, expecting mall prices to be the most expensive--and to my surprise, MobileFix ended up being the most affordable out of all the places I contacted, including local swap meets. When I brought in my phone, they discovered that the battery had also been damaged. On top of that, the battery connector wasn't working either. They replaced the battery and went ahead and fixed the battery adapter without charging me for the additional part. I only paid for the new battery and screen, and even with that, the total cost was better than any other quote I received. I interacted with two different employees during the process, and they had excellent communication between them. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The repairs were done quickly, and my phone is now working like new. I couldn't be happier with the service and price. Highly recommend MobileFix if you're looking for honest, affordable, and skilled phone repair! read more

Dear [Recipient], I wanted to reach out and highly recommend Mobile Fixx for any iPhone repairs. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of completely shattering my screen. At first, I thought I would have to purchase a new iPhone, but luckily I came across Mobile Fixx in the West Covina Mall on the second floor. They were able to fix my phone in just 45 minutes, which was incredibly fast. Not only that, but the price was great as well. When I received my phone back, it looked as good as new. In addition to the repair, I also purchased a screen protector and a durable phone case from them. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mobile Fixx and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of iPhone repairs. Thank you guys. read more

I would tell anyone to take their damaged phones here versus the random other places locally! I trust the service here, the professionalism, and the willingness to help their customers sincerely. I had an issue with my 14 pro max and Emilio made the entire experience extremely smooth and even gave me the best price of all the local competitors too. Fixed within 30 minutes on top! Call here and get a quote first, and see for yourself. Thanks Emilio. read more

Thought I broke the screen to my iPhone 16 so took it in to have the screen replaced. The man there showed me I had only broken the glass screen thingie I had put on the top. So instead of $149 to replace the phone screen it was only $20 for the new screen thingie that goes on top. I'm impressed with the honesty and helpfulness- they could have taken the phone, told me to come back in an hour and charged me $149. I recommend this business! read more

Sloppy sloppy sloppy job. No pride in workmanship. My phone was covered in glue when I got it back and even after I asked him to clean it, the phone was still covered in gunk. Needed it repaired again (for a different reason) and the inside was a complete mess, I saw the excess glue and mess for myself. When I got it back it wasn't clean; it was barely fixed up, the job was mediocre and I regret going there in the first place. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I highly recommend you steer clear of this place. I went here to replace my screen on Sunday 3/9. They charged me $109 and made it happen. Cool. On Wednesday, 3/12, I was watching tv on my phone, sitting down, NOT MOVING, and my screen started glitching. Looked like an old tv with the antenna not working. I called in and the "so called manager" said he could help me out and bring it on as it clearly states a warranty on the paperwork. I took off of work today to go in and the guy was rude, condescending, and told me "well if you use your eyes and look here" like excuse me? I paid for a job that was sloppy, inefficient, and just downright CHEAP. Little does this guy know I went straight to the manager of the mall. Good luck buddy. You will never get another dollar from me. DONT GO HERE. I promise you it's not worth it. read more

Spent $120 to have screens swapped the first time. The woman fixing it said that it would still be water resistant. I mean, this is on me, for believing it. The first 3 second submersion liquid got into the camera, charging port, even OLED screen. I couldn't believe how poorly sealed it was. So I come back and speak with George, and this dude was completely unhelpful. I tried to find creative solutions so I can get some function and he simply said the LED is dead and he had to replace it. Since screen was dead he said I wouldn't be able to complete transfer until they replaced it. It felt like instead of working with me as I have already paid them for work he kept trying get more money out of me. I went to a UBREAKIFIX kiosk downstairs and they gave me a handful of very clever solutions and now it actually worked. As soon as my screen came back for a brief 30 seconds, I made sure I synced everything on Google Drive and said that it did not need to be over wifi. As soon as screen went blank, I know it would still be backing itself on cloud. I am still getting a replacement phone from Assurant, but now I all my new stuff is on cloud and I have a semi-functioning phone in the interm. I will NEVER come back here, and I won't say that you should never come here; I say speak with Alex from UBREAKIFIX just a kiosk downstairs and you will likely be much happier. read more
